This place is awesome! The barista Micaela was very sweet and patient with my order cuz I couldn’t decide what to order but she help me out with it! The environment is very peaceful and beautiful. I’d definitely go back !

I have read most of the reviews before putting mine just to see how other felt there. Almost after every negative review the owner sais "we have no problem to adjust your order to your liking" that what is annoying cause the place should have a manager checking the quality of employees work not the customer.Today my husband and I came for some ice cream. I think I got a regular portion of 2 scoops but my husband got about 1 tablespoon of ice cream for $7.25 (he wanted 2 scoops like me). Why do customer has to say that this is not right. I don't feel like arguing about it on Sunday. So when we got our ice cream we went to pay for them and when we turned around the same girl took whole line of people to serve them ice cream and pastries. So we couldn't leave cause no one wanted to take a payment. Had to wait 10 minutes to pay.Would be nice if the owner who reads the reviews could be there and watch those mistakes, instead of saying "I already told my crew to fix those mistakes" cause doesn't looks like it's actually happens.

Arrived and it appeared nobody was around for a few minutes. Spent $7 on an iced vanilla latte just to be served an iced latte. No flavor. Didn't take a sip until I was on the freeway so couldn't come back. Isn't the first time this has happened. Not sure why i keep giving this place a try.

Usually this place is a 5/5 for me, but today was pretty disappointing. We ordered a breve and a hot chocolate. The breve tasted burnt, and the hot chocolate tasted like steamed milk that has a little sweetener in it. SUCH A SAD EXPERIENCE

Just got to town and wanted a coffee. They made a delicious Carmel iced latte!!
This place has either no management or a horrible staff. 4 of us sat outside until 745am waiting for it to open at 730. There was a guy inside but once he saw us he never came out again.

We had the matcha latte with raspberry and two matcha lattes with lavender. Really wanted latte art but they said they can’t do it on matcha only other lattes.. super weird as everywhere else can. The matcha was very watered down, I don’t think it’s ceremonial grade. Also wish they had mugs for those who are enjoying in the store. Really lacks all aesthetics for a coffee shop..
