I like this place. They always seem under staffed, though.Friendly staff, and generally a good crowd. Pool tables are nice and in pretty good condition, but plan for them to always have players on them.Even though they are usually occupied, people are generally courteous and polite. And you can generally get a team game going.I've never eaten here, but I've gone in for beers numerous times.I would say I approve of this place as a late night hangout. ?

Great local choice - they were short staffed and still made a great pie that was ready in less than an hour. A medium 3 topping was just over $20 so not super cheap, but not terribly expensive...worth it. Will definitely go back when I'm back in town.

The tavern is a local dive bar. The pizza is good, and the drinks are cold. Service is slower in the evening once they get slammed--to be expected. It's a good place to grab a drink, play pool, or watch a game. Nice laid back spot to hang out after work. If you're looking for high quality, full service dining experience while on vacation, go somewhere else. If you're looking for a low key spot to chill and drink, and you don't mind ordering at the bar, you're in the right place.
