It was ok. Food was indeed lukewarm. Salsa was great. My server friendly, but occasional. Could improve with more flavor in the guac and the chicken. Very loud and sparse. I hope they stay in business and make improvements as I fully support small business.
Absolutely fantastic experience at Lili's Bistro! The salsa is hands down the best we've ever had – incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. The lava shrimp appetizer is a must-try, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The tacos were out of this world, each bite a delightful blend of ingredients. This Mexican restaurant was a fun surprise while staying in Dillon for a ski weekend. While the other restaurants had a 30-45 min wait, they were able to seat us at the bar right away.The meal comes with complimentary chips and salsa that were great. We also ordered the Horchata, steak tacos, Flan, and deep fried ice cream for which continued our trend of tasty food.The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our larger group. Definitely recommend!
