*Large* catering order incorrect and late, one part missing that I specifically called and asked to be included in the order, then told it was included when in fact it was not. I had to be in contact with the manager every week from 3 weeks before our conference event to make sure it was even happening, and still it was incorrect and poorly handled. Very unprofessional experience start to finish with the manager and staff.

Staff was sitting on counters that are used for food delivery while we weee waiting for food. Orders were messed up and wouldn’t fix anything. This is a great example of why I don’t tip before getting my food

While the new build is very nicely designed, the food and service are terrible. The lack of enthusiasm from the crew was palpable to begin with. A very simple order took almost 20 minutes with maybe one person in front of us. I have frequented other Paneras and this is unusual to start. Once we finally received the food it was luke warm at best. The French onion soup could almost pass as a gazpacho (which is usually served chilled) and they couldn't even be bothered to melt the cheese on the grilled cheese. See picture. Beyond that, the whole place was dirty. It was 6pm and basically empty but it looked like it had not been vacuumed in days and every table had crumbs on it. Overall poor experience, unfortunately.

I was eating and for first time my salad was very old lettuce that one look like the person in charge not check those I let know the cashier about and thanks miss for offert to me other salad.

Vegetarian options: The octions you have those are great but need to check everyday In my opinion in special the( salad )lettuce I know you know that but you need field like is your store and when that happening you guys going to do better Job from your manager or when Him is not present see you next time

Staff was not friendly and barely spoke, after ordering we sat down and I discovered there were 6 tables un cleaned, numerous dirty plates and bowls stacked on trash return. I did not get my desert (bread) when the male staff went to get it he grabbed it with his bare hands, no one in the whole facility was wearing gloves. ALL the staff was waking around eating food our of the food bins, no one was working, the place only had 3 sets of customers to be so dirty and unkept. Very poorly managed and will not return>>>

How is this place that bad? Saw dude take off his shoe and empty it out...mind you im at window waiting for food. Saw guys with gloves on walk around the whole place it seemed with bread in hand. People eating and playing. After 10 minutes I asked for a refund right at window. I wouldn't let anyone eat there.

I sat in the drive thru for over 10 mins waiting for my order so I just left. No acknowledgement while I was waiting. There were three people in the kitchen and hardly any cars in the parking lot. I won't be back

Great experience with this Panera, stopping in near closing for a coffee. Really needed a pick me up for the rest of the drive home. Since it was near close, they were already cleaning the machines. However, the staff were SUPER nice and accommodating, apologized for the wait, and made me a coffee after the machine finished cleaning. The restaurant was spotless. I'm sure they were tired and ready to go home, but still took care of this last minute customer :) 10/10 will stop again (hopefully earlier next time).

we pulled up to the window and the worker said “sorry I was sleeping”. no one was wearing a uniform, just wearing casual clothes which is odd. then we ordered 2 coffees, just plain iced coffees and he tried to give us everything BUT what we ordered. he spoke english but was not even listening to us. we went back and forth for about 10 minutes and finally just asked for a refund and drove away with no iced coffees. it was honestly such an odd experience. if you want to waste your time and lose brain cells, go here.

I'd have to say that many of the other reviews were spot on. The store itself is nice and clean, but the service is exceptionally slow. I ordered online for pickup and it gave a 15 minute estimate. I walked to the store at the 15 minute mark and still waited an additional 40 minutes. After being cautioned about incorrect orders based on other reviews, I checked the bag and the order was incorrect (I ordered the spinach/bacon souffle and received the three cheese souffle), so waited another 10 minutes to get the correct item. The food and coffee were decent, but if you are on a time crunch, this is definitely not the place to stop.

Beautiful location, but that’s it. Came here twice, and we were shocked at how empty the place was. Well we learned why. It takes 30 mins to toast a bagel that you didn’t even order and then another 30 minutes for them to make the food that you did order. When we ordered our food we also mentioned that the drip coffee was empty. As we were waiting for our (incorrect) food, we asked for the status of the drip coffee; they finally brought it out but gave us a lot of attitude for it. This place either needs more staffing or their current staff needs new training.
