This was my first time at a Cheba Hut and I'm blown away in general about this place. The bread for their sandwiches are perfectly toasted and delicious. It's like the bread just melts in your mouth. Their ingredients are fresh and delicious. I appreciate the multiple sizes of sandwiches.Atmosphere had a Colorado Ski vibe which was cool. Plenty of seating and full bar. One of my all time favorite sandwich places. I will go out of my way to stop here when ever I pass through Colorado.If you haven't tried it, you must.You won't be disappointed with anything on the menu.

All their subs are delicious and they also have vegetarian options. If you aren't driving they do have a full bar in the back where you can also order food and skip the line in front. The staff is welcoming and provides great service.Vegetarian options: Lots of options for ordering vegetarian.
