Terrible seevice at location worst service ever at a Panera Bread. First waited 10 minutes to take my order in drive through today then another 20 minutes to get a bowl of soup and 2 salads. The wait would have been longer but I honked and team lead came to window offering a million excuses. I hope franchise owner or corporate read this as I never post a review -ever but this store needs attention!

Worst Panera I've ever been to, which is wild considering the location.Staff is impolite and food was so sub-par. The soup was chunky and looked extremely old and not heated all the way through, the sandwich I ordered was sloppily made and seemed to be missing vegetable ingredients.Extremely disappointed by this Panera and won't ever stop at this location again.

Gnarly Inn is a unique, family oriented inn at the base of Sunlight. Has clean, comfy rooms. Everything is a little dated but always clean. Community kitchen and dining room. You feel like you have the place to yourself. It was perfect for our family to stay and play at Sunlight.

I was super confused on the bowl as it has sooo much romaine lettuce it turned into a salad. It was really good and a lot of food, don't get me wrong. I've just never had this amount of lettuce on a bowl. This is a new location and possibly this is how the bowls are supposed to be made everywhere? Prices are a bit much though. $6 for a small macaroni.

I would give zero stars if possible! $36 for 2 you pick twos? What a joke! When we ordered they were out of bacon and Gouda cheese, so we had to change our order. Ordered 2 chicken & wild rice soup, a chicken Caesar, and a tuna salad sandwich. When we picked up our order, they were out of the soup. If I had known that, I would have gone elsewhere, and told them! Ended up with 2 chicken noodle soups, bleck.... mine was mostly broth. It also wasn't quite warm enough, hope to he!! We don't get sick! The manager did offer us 2 free soups the next time we came back, not sure we want to. What a total waste of money!!!!

Food was tasty! Not a bad place to eat but a tad spendy for what you get. Big complaint is this: in a restaurant where you order at the counter, pick up your own food and clear your own table… if you are going to ask me for a tip at the register, at least have the tables clean. Almost every single table had food scraps and crumbs on it. They were at maybe 20% occupancy when we ate there and no line at register.Parking: Plenty of parking. Snow cleared pretty well.

As several others have already noted, it's a beautiful place with a beautiful view. BUT... the last three times I've visited they've been out of bread bowls. I mean really??? This would be like McDonald's being out of burgers or fries - you are Panera, you do bread. Except you know, when you're out of it. Surely you can do better.
Horrible costumer service! We waited 20 min for strawberry oatmeal and added blueberries and almonds. They sold us even though they didn’t have it. I luckily checked, when we didn’t get any strawberries. When we came back they told us they dont have any strawberries. we asked for refund and we got back $15 on our card. So i had to come back again. I lost 45 min for nothing. They didn’t even apologize.

One star because 0 is not an option. Subpar food / service. Can’t even get add ons correct or give you a fork and dressing when you’ve ordered a salad. For the prices that are charged you would expect for someone to take your order, not a kiosk. By far the worst Panera experience.

Yes prices have gotten crazy, particularly at this Panera, but the food itself is on-line with other Panera and it's a nice cafe atmosphere. Nothing significant to complain about, had a nice lunch here with others.
