We went looking for fondue according to their menu but it is not fondue as such, it is an very American version of this European dish. The place is great and the service too. For us the price was good.

Parking: It is located in a shopping center

Kid-friendliness: They have a small lounge where you can sit to have a nice wine and play a board game.

Pros:
- innovative and fun wine pairings like the dessert bonbon one I got. It just gets better with every bite and sip!
- lovely service and cozy decor
- husband loved his "chicken pot pie"
- I found my "side salad" pretty refreshing thanks to the dressing and the apples being a nice touch
Cons:
- few vegetarian options
- very small portion sizes for the cost
- way too cheesy and way too salty "black truffle gnocchi"
Overall we had a great time even though it put a dent on our wallet

We had Saved by the Wine cater a welcome dinner experience for my group of 30 and it was a smash hit! They brought our food to a nearby Silverthorne meeting space and were so gracious and communicative during the planning process. We had so much excellent food, would definitely recommend them to others.

Very cozy and atmospheric. Food and wine was great. Bartenders killed it.

Eclectic wine and drink menu (wines on draft, crushable frozen Manhattan and awesome mocktails!), delicious food (peach bruschetta, chicken salad croissant, green goddess pizza!) and excellent service. The attention to detail paired with a fun and laid back vibe made for the most enjoyable experience. Came here before going to a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater and it was the perfect pre-show choice. I really loved my visit here and can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in the area!

Way overpriced for the food but the wine menu is great and the atmosphere is upbeat! My entree came out 15 minutes later than the other plate. The gnocchi was so cooked that it was mashed potatoes and there were two tiny mushrooms when the ingredients said wild mushrooms. $10 extra for small frozen shrimp. I would suggest only coming here for happy hour on the patio.

First time going here, loved everything I will definitely be coming back. The only thing was that I couldn’t pay with a gift card because it wasn’t activated??

My husband, son, and I visited Saved by the Wine during a visit to Colorado. We decided to go for the full experience: happy hour wine and bread, followed by dinner and shared wine flights, then dessert.

We found a few wines we loved, and the food and service were excellent. I also loved the laid back atmosphere.

The rainbow at the end was a bonus. ?

Lovely place, yet the staff were rude and pompous. Relecutant to answer questions or even smile. Wish the people were friendly but the best part was the views and doggos that came in.
