Just returning from skiing the Alps and trying to get home jet lagged I decided to stay the night, better safe than sorry and Saved by the Wine was such an amazing gem of excellent wine and house made food, it was like I was still in the Alps, no fried food garbage here. Highly recommend! Mitch was awesome ❤️
Have been there twice and both times had great ambience and amazing food! Plan to go back

I came for the wine (which was phenomenal, especially their happy hour deal - WOW!). But they even had a dj which I didn’t expect. It made our whole vacation. Highly recommend.

Looking for a hidden gem? Saved by the wine is the definition of that. We came in during the middle of slow season and were treated to excellent service and easily some of the best dishes in the county. Mitch killed it, as well as the chef. 10/10 at nearly 10,000 feet.

My new favorite place to eat in the mountains! Mitch made me the best expresso martini I’ve ever had, which was a very pleasant surprise from a wine bar. Everything I’ve had to eat here is very good, beautiful view of the mountains, and the staff was all wonderful, huge shout out to Mitch our sever!

Enjoyed our dinner here. VAL, the manager, was super sweet. Bruchetta and Chicken Pot Pie was delicious. White wines recommended by the manager, Val, were excellent. Highly recommend.

Came here for the first time for the fall pairing dinner and was absolutely stunned. Not only was the food and drink excellent but the service was far above and beyond what I would ever expect from any establishment. The place is owned by the chef who did all of the cooking and she came out personally to thank us for coming to dinner. While very unassuming on the outside the inside is cozy yet elegant and welcoming to anybody who steps foot inside. On top of it all they donate a portion of their profits to help homeless animals! Truly a top tier eating and drinking establishment in the Dillon and Silverthorne area!

We weren’t looking for this place but found a hidden gem In Silverthorne/Dillon area. Stopped in for happy hour. Such a cool quaint little restaurant. Service from Allison was so friendly and welcoming, we didn’t want to leave. Classic Charcuterie hit the spot, I only wish we could have stayed to try the dinner menu. Sitting there sipping wine, nibbling cheese, fruit, meats and an array of cracker while the aromas coming from the kitchen permeated the room…so relaxing. We will be back!!!

I’ve been telling my husband I’ve been going to work, which is not a lie. I’ve been just working from the wine bar on my laptop with a little frozen rose. Love this place! Love what these girls are doing!
I don’t usually write reviews but we were treated so poorly by the restaurant (not the waiter) on our recent visit that I needed to share. We arrived right when they opened at noon and were the only ones in the place. We ordered drinks and an appetizer first, and ordered a meal based on the waiter’s recommendations. I suppose it was a warning sign when the appetizer took a little while to get, but we didn’t think anything of it. Forty five minutes later when our meals had not arrived I gave the waiter a look like what’s going on? He went to the back and came out saying they had lost our order. Given that only 6-8 people had come in since we arrived, that was hard to believe. At that point we were in a time crunch, having sat there for an hour and 10 minutes. I told the waiter I didn’t think we should have to pay. He did his best but was only able to comp us one drink. Really? He was very apologetic. Things happen, and I guess we were just unlucky but the restaurant needs to train their back of house team better and make it right when something like this happens.
