Went to this location early this morning with a friend and had one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. There was no line, no one waiting, and three employees behind the counter.

The moment I walked up, I wasn’t greeted and was looked at by the cashier as if I was inconveniencing her. I asked the cashier behind the counter two simple questions about my drink and if they had bagels, and both answers came with smart, dismissive remarks instead of basic customer service.

Nothing about the interaction was welcoming. We felt awkward and uncomfortable the entire time, which is the opposite of what you expect walking into a coffee shop or any Starbucks I’ve been to. If ordering a drink feels like a burden to the staff, that’s a serious problem. Cashiers name was Alex

Not only did they ask my husband what goes into his drink after we ordered it on the mobile app (not just like do you want room for cream/sugar but legit what goes into it) bit this was my tall nitro coldbrew- not even 1/2 full.

Lady took my order and l payed for it. One of her friends later came before she started my order and took her friend's order and gave her friends order first. I waited for my order for 10 minutes or more, then she gave me my order and the drink was done wrong.

If you keep hiring employees that can not speak English and try 2-3 times to charge $80 for a cup of coffee I will stand out outside and push a boycott. HIRE QUALIFIED PEOPLE!!!

Ordered ahead but when we got there when the app said it would be ready, two people were working, yet they were sitting and talking. Waited another 10 minuets for them to make another persons drink then get to ours. Messed both of the drinks up have had multiple experiences like this.

We were leaving Colorado early but planned to leave in time to grab coffee first. I saw this Starbucks was open at 6:00 so that worked perfect. Got there at 6:10, there was a lady wiping down some things at the counter. I went to the counter to order and she tells me, “I don’t have anything ready for you.”I replied, “Oh I am sorry, I thought you opened at 6:00?”She then tells me that they do open at 6:00, but today it will be 6:20 before they are ready. Then she proceeds to tell me that they are also closing at 5:00.I went to Dunkin across the street and it is fantastic. Don’t count on this place being open!

Store is listed as closing at 8pm. At 4:08pm, I entered the line, 4th person back. After several minutes, the barista flagged me and told me that he could not serve me, it was too close to closing. When I stated that I had been in line for some time and asked when closing was, he dismissed me and did not answer. Maybe some of you will have better luck.
