I've tried to visit this place a few times and they are always closed before their listed closing time (6 pm). It's upsetting when I drive out of my way to try this place, only for them to be prematurely closed.

This place used to have a nice charm, seems like they changed things up for more turn and burn. Met my mom there as she was passing through town. We got chai lattes and breakfast sandwiches (the shredder and the splinter?). There was only 1 girl working, and she looked worn down. It was mid-morning on a Sunday. The line moved slow because of this. The chai was good when it came out. When the food was ready, the sandwiches were still as cold as a refrigerator in the middle upon first bite while the bread was warm and toasted. My step dad's burrito was just lukewarm in the middle, not steaming hot. My mom asked for hers to be heated up more, but since she already took a bite, a new sandwich had to be heated up. This sandwich was warmer in the middle (not hot) but the outside of the bun was almost burnt. It seems like something isn't right with the way the food is heated to be served. This isn't an isolated case, either, based on other reviews. I don't think I'll buy food here anymore, especially with a $10 price tag for a cold egg and sausage sandwich that you might not catch until you're long gone if you took it for the road.

I’m a local who has been to True Blue regularly the past few years. The new management must have taken a turn because I went today and it wasn’t pleasant like it used to be. The barista was rude multiple times. They now have signs up that you can’t use your phone or laptop in the shop. My friend said she was asked to leave a week ago because she did some quick work on her laptop. Very unwelcoming environment and my go to spot is going to have to be a different shop.

Very, very rude staff/owner. This is NOT a place to come and relax or read or work on your laptop. Apparently they only want you to grab a coffee and get out of their shop. They will touch your stuff and move it outside and tell you to go outside. Extremely unprofessional! Extremely disrespectful!! Extremely inappropriate!!! You can’t enjoy a coffee there without being harassed by their rude staff.

Most places let you use their Wi-Fi as long as you make a purchase. Not this place. Even if it’s totally empty and you’re the only one in there, they don’t want you in there.

PLEASE DON'T PATRON! Ordered a small coffee and burrito for $20.00 dollars. They screwed up the order and kicked me out of the shop for having a computer. The barista approached me saying NO COMPUTERS ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS. I was the only person in the coffee shop. Locals have gotten the hint. Good luck!

I came here a couple months back and had a great experience. Unfortunately, when I came back yesterday, the lady at the counter was rude, and the london fog I ordered was tasteless. My boyfriend’s cappuccino was burnt. I was so excited to come back but ended up disappointed.

I walked in to get some coffee and the girl working here came and was not patient with us. She rushed through our order and when I got my coffee, it was barely a third of the cup. I know a cappuccino is not a lot of coffee, but it's not an espresso shot either. The atmosphere and food looks amazing, but not impressed with my rushed service.

Great place. My only complaint would be that it's a pretty small serving size as far as gelato places I've been in the past (with equal prices).

However, the employee was very nice and the shop was clean. I would go again.

So, this is a medium size gelato ice cream ( before eating it) . Seriously… The associate was rude and when we asked for a spoon she said there some right there and as you see in the picture , that’s a sample size spoon. I’m baffled by when just happened and will not recommend this place …. Very disappointed customer

Great chai to take with us on the way out of town from a nice mountain visit. They were super busy and they had one gal on shift and she was FAST! Happy to support local any day. Thank you!

The lady at the counter was very nice. It's clean and cute inside. My coffee was good, but my burrito was borderline inedible. Tastes like instant eggs and bacon bits.
