Mike and Steph are so kind and genuine! Yummy food with the best bbq sauce! Steph makes the most delicious cake and the sweet tea taste like you’re in the south again !! I always stop by when I’m in Dove Creek !
The absolute best bbq! This mom and pop place smokes the type of meat that doesn’t need any extra sauce, which is the highest praise I can give! They are extremely reasonably priced and the amount of food along with the quality of food….incredible! I can’t wait to take my dad, since moving here from the south years ago it’s been impossible to find good bbq until now! Thank you!!

The sample platter is highly recommended, along with the baby back ribs, which are the best in Montezuma County. The homemade sides and the best BBQ sauce make every meal truly amazing. Steph’s delicious cake and sweet tea taste like you’re in the South again. Visitors from near and far, including Oregon tourists, praise the fantastic grub and pleasant conversation. It’s a lucky pit stop for anyone passing through Dove Creek.
