Odd encounter. Had reservation at 7pm. Seated by a team of (3) hosts/hostesses to a mostly empty dining room with 1 bartender working. Then, meanwhile-- service to our table was crickets. No real explanation or anyone checking in, just crickets. We moved on to another option for food. Not sure how to explain that one. The dining room is gorgeous, meanwhile. And I've been there before where I sat at the bar and had a pretty good lunch.

Lunch was pedestrian fare. Views and ambiance very good.
They have really great green chili cheese burgers
Excellent restaurant at the Dalton Ranch Golf Club
I absolutely love Alce'. Such a great experience, wonderful food, service, patio and views. A must try!
Yesterday I had lunch at Alce' and I was pleasantly surprised by our experience. The presentation of the food was beautiful and the food was delicious. Over the last year I felt like the food was lack luster, but this time it was great! Haley, our server, was professional, friendly and took extra good care of us. I also appreciated that they had tightened up on their Covid 19 requirements and I felt safe and comfortable dining with them.
Holy cow this seriously might be the best steak I have ever had. Better than Ruth Kris and Mortons steakhouse at a fraction of the price. I dont know if they marinate the steak or what they did but it was so tender it almost melts like butter in your mouth. It was juicy with the perfect blend of spices and the sides were paired very well. I am in a wheelchair and it's totally handicapped accesible and service was top notch. I rarely write reviews, especially 5 star reviews but this place deserves 6 stars. Thank you for an awesome memorable dining g experience.

Tough night. Wedding and a golf tournament took up most peoples time. The food was basic County club variety and nothing special.
I stopped in here for dinner and a couple beers while visiting family in Dalton Ranch. Not too busy, and easy to get a table.I really enjoyed the atmosphere - nice, but not overly formal, with a great view. Handful of decent beers on tap, but the food is what really stands out. Exceptional. They were unfortunately out of the osso buco by the time we arrived, but the filet au poivre was perfect. Not necessarily an inexpensive place, but well worth the price point in my opinion. I don't get out this way very often, but the next time I'm in town I'll be looking forward to going back!
Outstanding view of the mountains, very comfortable seating. Waiter was nice and food was certainly very good. A very relaxing atmosphere that I can only recommend.
Hate the new name!! Has nothing to do with the environment. Menu is okay but a bit pricey. They didn't even look at the comment I made, asking for a specific table. They apologized and gave us desert for free, which I appreciate, but if they're going to use something like OpenTable, they should use it correctly. Thank you.
Rave reviews for Marketing; however, the experience was a disappointment. A full 2-page color ad in the Dining Magazine set my expectations for a fabulous dining experience with visions of live elk roaming around. Alce' is a very nice golf club and the food is very good, but it doesn't qualify for fine dining. Dinner after a round of golf is their purview. Don't go expecting an exceptional evening.
