The staff are great! They help each other and are quick. The food is good but the portions for the price are a little small. The food was very good though. It does get a little loud so that is a knock on it but overall we would come back

Great place! Location is amazing, right on the river, best part about this place of course. Great beer and food too, I got the fish and chips, was really good. A bit pricey but worth it for the river view! Friendly and attentive service.

Great spot to sit and enjoy a beer. Skip the food. The menu lacks options and is over priced. But this is a great spot to sit and have a drink while enjoying a view of the river. It's kind of hard to find. There is an indoor reatraunt upstairs with a similar name and menu. Ask the front desk at the hotel if you can't find it.

Right on the river which was nice but it was all put aside by our waitress Kelso. She forgot to put our order in, never checked on us and 45 minutes later my husband had to go ask where our food was. Instead of admitting she forgot to put the order in, she blamed the kitchen. Food was being delivered to all the tables around us to people that arrived well after we did. Never owned up to her mistake and even took forever to bring our check and pick up the card. Probably one of the worst waitresses I’ve experienced. Over 2 hours later we finally are getting our bill paid. No discount or acknowledgment that we have been waiting so long by any of the other staff too. Just walked right by never even looked at us

This restaurant offers a wonderful experience with its prime location right by the Animas River and delicious food. Whether you're here for lunch or dinner, listening to the soothing river while enjoying a meal or a refreshing beer is simply delightful. The variety of beers on tap is impressive, and the service matches the quality of the food. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, and Lucas, the restaurant manager, made our visit exceptional. From greeting us as we arrived to ensuring everything ran smoothly, his leadership was evident throughout.

We tried the fish and chips as well as the fish tacos, both of which were outstanding. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience!

Most disappointing fish and chips I’ve had in 5 years. If you are going to serve something like this to your patrons, you are basically insulting them. Smallest sliver of fish and three puny sticks.

They get 3 stars only because my wife got a good veggie burger

$20 for 2 beers and lots of river bugs
Wish i had spent the $ on a case of nice beers instead of on 2 mid tasting beers.

I didn't realize this restaurant was in a hotel when placed an order to bring back to MY hotel. The nachos had a lot of "pork" on the chips but the "queso" was awful and the person didn't put any pico de gallo on them. There are MANY other restaurants in Durango that you can get better food from for $18. Go anywhere else.

This beer garden is located on the lower level of the Doubletree Hotel by Hilton, Durango. It can also be accessed from a sidewalk around to the back of the hotel, along the river. Or one can take a break from walking or bicycling on the path that runs along the river. Service was friendly and attentive. I opted for the Pork Carnitas Tacos with a side of fruit. The tangy aioli was a bright and fresh complement to the smoky adobo of the Carnitas and the tacos were packed with cabbage, tomatoes, and veggies to make it a very satisfying meal that I enjoyed as the river murmured and chuckled over rocks, just feet away.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is very wheelchair friendly with space between tables and a ramp to the sidewalk access
