I ordered the bourbon street steak and the fiesta lime chicken. The steak was supposed to be medium well, it was medium rare And I ordered extra lime with my fiesta lime chicken and didn’t get any lime or pico for it the time before that I had a Long black hair in my fiesta chicken. I always see the gray haired manager guy wandering around bugging the front of the house. Maybe it would be a good idea. If the manager spent a little more time bugging the kitchen considering that’s where the problem seems to be.

My experience today with Applebee's in Durango, CO was awesome !!!! The food was great and the service was right on !!! Our waiter, Carlos was very professional and very polite... He brought us everything we ask for.... He definitely needs a raise !!!! Thank you again Carlos and keep up the fantastic work !!!!

The pax romana of Applebees is ancient history at this point. Earnest service barely makes up for utterly mediocre food. Although there are frequent deals.

The food was good. The server was good. The management likes to set the temperature to an extremely low temperature and sit customers under the vents. My hot food was cold in minutes. My entire family was shivering and another set of customers moved seats trying to get away from the ridiculously strong and very cold air blowing at them as well. If you choose to eat there, bring a thick coat in the middle of summer to eat without getting an ear ache and chest cold from your time.

Just what my wife and I are on a low sodium diet. Applebee's went out of the way to make sure our food was prepared the way we wanted. Great job by the server and cooks!

Got seated and waited over 20 min and never had a server acknowledge us. Left and told the hostess why with no apology or reply. The manager was at the bar chatting with the bartender and the waitresses were gathered chatting as well. Wasn’t even busy. I’ve been to this location a few times and always had decent service and food.
