I really enjoyed my Ahi Poke Bowl! It had the perfect amount of spice with fresh veggies and Tuna. My boyfriend got the Teriyaki Bowl and he really liked the flavors but said the chicken was a bit overdone. The servings sizes are fair and you could probably share a bowl with someone if you’re not starving!
My family and I hit up Avalanche Bowl just about every time we’re in Durango. We’ve been to the 11th St location and The Nugget. Hands down my favorite bowls that I’ve had anywhere. The Tree Hugger is my go to, especially after backpacking trips where fresh greens are hard to come by. If you’re looking for meat, the Island BBQ bowl is excellent. This is chef-inspired fare - the flavors and ingredients combine in ways that you won’t find with your typical assembly line...

The combination of flavors in the bowl was fantastic. I'd say I'd love to come back and try another bowl, but I'd have a hard time not ordering the same one again.
