Ordered 2 kid scoops and was pretty disappointed with one today, we’ve always came to this store since I was little now I bring my kids. But really This is a kids scoop on the left when I ordered 2 the right is a kids scoop, Must be just the new kids working.. for almost $9 disappointing.

I just went to get some ice cream for my family. My kids walked in first then two other costumers walked in. I walked in after they other costumers walked in and they got served first then my children that were there when it was empty. Then it was my turned to order i got 3 milk shakes and 3 ice creams. Baskin Robbins started getting so packed she got frustrated when i asked for the 3 milk shake then the girl walked to the cashier and i walked there and told her i wanted another ice cream. She got angry and when she would open the ice cream door to the cooler she would slam the door. It was the worst costumer service I’ve gotten and i come ones or twice a week. Honestly I didn’t say nothing to her to not cause a show and back up the people. I think if your not going to handle busy hour maybe she shouldn’t work during that time or even be left alone when is busy hour.

Last time il ever go to a Baskin Robbins. My whole life i went for a free cone on my birthday. Now they say you have to have an app.

Staff has tables outside but all of them are dirty. You are not busy -- we were your only customers that came in. Why not clean the tables regularly

This B-R has always needed a good cleaning, every time we go in, which is only because the kids want to. Very little seating inside or out, and it is not a good location for going back outside to eat. I see there is another review here re less than clean conditions, but for some reason yelp has it hidden. IDK why they have done that, but the busier this place gets the worse it is, which is extremely unappetizing. It's ice cream, the place should be clean.
I think its pretty rude that everyone including customers had a mask on EXCEPT FOR THE ONE MALE EMPLOYEE. WALKED OUT AND NEVER GOING BACK. IF HE WANTS TO POSSIBLY INFECT PEOPLE HE CAN
