I don’t know what you’re doing in this bakery, but you’re doing it right. I initially went into the bakery for a baguette and left with a few other items. I’m not sure of the actual names of the items, but I got a piece of citron bread, an apple turnover, a ginger cookie and a buttery muffin as well as the baguette. Best pastries I’ve ever had. I can’t stop thinking about how delicious everything was. If I make it back to Durango I’m definitely stopping here again. Since it was close to closing time I didn’t think about some of the other things on the menu, but after looking at some pics others have posted I’m certain I would enjoy them too. Highly recommend. Would definitely return for more of these delectables. Yummy ?!!!!

This place has become our new favorite! We love how there are different bakes on different days! We look forward to trying something new but also getting our favorites! The customer service is amazing too!

I ordered a small cake for our (small family) wedding reception and the baker and team at Bread were fantastic. They called me back and discussed options and even were able to work out a dairy free solution. The staff also made it easy for me to coordinate a third party pick up. The cake itself was delicious and used seasonal berries as layers.

Sandwiches are phenomenal.
I only wish they would make a few rounds of the delicious Sandwiches and have them available all day. It's interesting to me that a great product is sold out by 11 a.m. when lunch is literally during their operating hours 12-2 in the afternoon is a great tine to sell these delicious Sandwiches. The food is so good it would be great if everyone had the opportunity to eat this food.

I am so sad, I have stopped here since it opened and since the ownership change it has really changed. For the second time in 10 days the service was extremely poor, the man serving was not only rude but very disrespectful. I will never go back now. Who wants a snippy associate!

A real gem of a place. There are not many independent, local bakeries to be found at all, let alone one as good as this. This is one of the best.

Vegetarian options: There's a veggie sandwich

Recommended dishes: Oats Cookie, Turkey Sandwich
