The olive bread and sourdough were delicious! Coffee was great too. With small bakeries that make their bread fresh daily, they will run out and they shouldn’t get a negative review for it!

The day I went they were open until 2pm and it was 1:32pm and they had no food available. When I asked if they could toast a bagel (there were bagels out) they said no because the kitchen was closed but they did offer to serve me a cold bagel. If you go just don't expect food options in the last half hr or possibly longer. I went in for the typically delicious food and would have gone elsewhere had I known only drinks were available at that time. Coffee is better elsewhere in town.

Very cool place, with a very relaxing atmosphere, super friendly staff and their bread and breakfast options were delicious!!! The bread is usually only ready by 10am, which was a bit of a bummer for us that we had to start driving early in the day... But I absolutely recommend it!

First, the good- all their baked goods are excellent. Now, the less good: I ordered a shot in the dark (drip coffee with shot of espresso). The register person pours coffee in mug then sets it next to barista. The barista lolly gags for 10 plus minutes chatting with other employees. Coffee proceeds to get cold. Eventually barista gets around to pulling my shot, pours it into coffee which has been sitting on counter for too long. I get my drink finally. What is supposed to be a hot drink is now lukewarm at best. Conclusion; espresso drinks and barista service are extremely poor.

All I have to do is think about scones and I start obsessing untill ai get in. Sublime baked hoods, lattes, hummus, and take home loaves. Plus I love the art work and the staff. Thank you Bread for the best coffee shop-bakery in town.

Everything here is so good here, if you don’t live here already you may move here just to eat the waffles at this cafe.
The waffles are so light and crispy I think they may have floated to my table. Seriously. Get the jam and the maple syrup with your waffles!!

Bread is a Durango staple. Great to grab a quick sandwich on the go, or sit down and have some breakfast. Might as well grab a loaf of sourdough too while you're there!

My wife loved the poached eggs and gluten free cookie. The coffee was just OK.
We shared a table with another family and the avacado toast looked really good. I did their version of a Monte Cristo that looked good but was more like a ham and cheese panini with some jam on it.

Why are your croissants so small now? They are literally half the size as what they always used to be and it’s been like this for a few weeks now. Is this shrinkflation?
We absolutely love this place. My go to is the monte Cristo. They have the freshest bread here. The employees are always friendly.
