Staff is grumpy, maybe they need treated better! Asked for extra mayo in my online order but did not get it. BK used to be “get it your way” but now it’s sloppy service that gives it to you “their way”

Creepy attitude and overcharged and the manager corrected it. Worst experience ever! Now the Mgr is discriminating against a service dog, saying it must be vested! That's a DOJ complaint! She needs to go! 20 minutes of waiting while my order sat there because of a passive aggressive manager who is jealous and hateful towards customers who aren't heavy like her.

The drive thru a few minutes early and when I gave the cashier my name and order # , she denied finding it. Why have an app , if employees don’t understand how it works. I finally got her to check and find the order. Ok - got the food and left. When I bit into the burger , it was gooey - way undercooked. If BK is gonna market meat replacements, please train your staff in both app orders and the proper length of time to fully grill an impossible burger. It was gross and as I

I have never been treated so badly at a Burger King or any other fast food restaurant for that matter! The employee in the drive-through was not only unfriendly while she was taking my order over the speaker, but when I pulled up to the window, she was still unfriendly. Then, because I was confused as to where I was supposed to wait for my food and backed up to ask her, with NO other vehicles nearby, she literally yelled at me. You read that right, she yelled at me! I don’t know if she gave me the correct name, but when I asked for her name, she said her name is D. Even worse, they got our order wrong. Hopefully you don’t go to this restaurant!

We went to eat around 3 or 4 so it was pretty much empty because all the lunch customers were done & right before the dinner crowd. The employee who attended us was sweet.

Picked up my food and came home after driving for 25 minutes to find out I’ve got the wrong order - a burger doused in Jalapeño’s. I call and let them know and my only option to get a refund is to drive back 25 minutes to get my money back with the uneaten food. If Burger King screws up - you pay for it; not them. No reproductions for their service on their end - just yours. Make sure you check pull out your food from the wrapper and check they actually did their job - or else you’re going to pay. Great service - thanks Durango Burger King for your great service.

I came in around 10 PM and placed an order for a double whopper with cheese, large fries and a large Dr Pepper. When I got home, I had a bacon cheeseburger and when I called the restaurant to let them know, the Manager argued with me saying that she put a double Whopper. I even took a picture to prove it And at five minutes to close she told me I could drive 30 miles back to replace it. I said all I want is a credit. Shouldn’t be this hard.
