Sign on the wall in the restaurant says 2 Whopper Jrs @ $5, except they're not! The girl at the register says the prices on the wall do not reflect the price in the register and she is unable to do anything about it! That's more than odd, don't ya think?

The place was absolutely filthy. The bin containing the ketchup packets by the front register were all stuck together with some gooey unknown substance. Every surface, tables, floors, windows, drink counter was VERY dirty. Employees were standing around in dirty clothes. The cooks had no gloves on and hair was not pulled back and hanging in their sweaty faces. The whopper burgers were drowned in sauce so they were soggy and there was no lettuce and the fries were hard. We were shocked they hadn't been shut down with all the obvious health violations. We will NEVER eat there again.

I was given an empty sugar packet and found that the sugar got all over the food in the bag. My tots were cold and the bread consistency was bad. I was parked at the drive thru for about 5 minutes with no greeting or “I’ll be right with you” but instead I say hello anyone there, not sure if they were open and all I got was “oh all you have to do is start ordering.” How should I start ordering not knowing if anyone was taking my order? I’ve never had this happen at any Burger King I’ve been to. I get to the window, still no greeting. Told the cost, paid and then asked if I wanted cream and sugar. The fast food restaurants I’ve been to add the cream and sugar for you so why ask how many?? The outside of the store was clean and no trash so that’s good at least. I will not come here but it was the closest thing to a quick breakfast.

Food was cold, and food was undercooked, was ready before we arrived at window, he got my order wrong and made me get in line twice, with no costumers behind me, worker at window was super rude complaining about having a rough night, so sad that i spend more than 80 dollars, and we end up eating at another restaurant. (we discarded all hamburgers)

The new melts... aren't melts. Even their promotional material shows that the cheese isn't even melted. Cold cheese and median temperature meat = not a melt. I'll attach a picture of the melt they promote...There wasn't a whole lot of people when we came into the store. So we were able to get our food very quickly. It was hot, fresh, and very good. The team members here were awfully nice. The indoor play place is extremely fun for kids… But it doesn't have a heater in there, so make sure and bring your coats!

Horrible lady closing drive thru. Acted like we were the worst customers. Avoid this burger king. Unless you like rude service oh and oddball sandwiches. I'm not sure what my husband got, but the presentation looked like my 5 year old slapped it together. This thing isn't even on the menu.
I do not recommend, stopped in for a lunch with the fam. They pushed the food out with in 5 minutes of paying and all the burgers including two chicken sandwiches were cold. Fries and onion rings were half full and cold. Asked them to hold the ice cream till after the food and they stuck it on the tray with the food and it melted. Nothing was worth the $80 we spent to feed the fam

Went for breakfast and it was disgusting. Hashbrowns were cold, croissant sandwich was somehow soggy on one half and stale on the other side. How does that even happen? It also was so flattened it looked like someone sat on it. Person taking order was unhelpful. Again, Durango has the worst versions of fast food restaurants.

I place and order for a chicken sandwich. Then I thought all the employees left. It took awhile to get my food. The fries were lukewarm at best. They got the order wrong for my sandwich. They said they would remake it. That's was okay. When the sandwich was brought out to me, it was wrong again. I told the employees so she took it back. I was not going to wait for another sandwich so I said I would just eat the first one. Well it was cold by that time. The only thing that was remotely warm were my cheese sticks and the Hershey pie. Not the best experience.

Service was very rude. I had gotten to the speaker to order was told "order whenever your ready" she sound very rude I thought to myself maybe they are short handed as I proceeded to order as I was still ordering I was rudely interrupted asking if I wanted cheese, I said no, and I.... Again rudely Interrupted with "what do you want to drink" I said my drink and continued to order and I was told my total I said "how rude, I wasn't done ordering" and I was addressed rudely again at the end of ordering I was asking if my fries on my order had no salt and I was told "and" I asked kindly 'the fries are no salt correct" the answer I got was "anything else" sounding annoyed and. Not wanting to take my order. I get to the window again the same lady who took my order who appeared to be a manager she was in a grey colored shirt seem very impatient and I was not given a receipt and the window was shut in my face and the lady walked away immediately after. I get back to my destination and my fries were fresh but also taste as if it were pulled early and we're cold.First and last time I would ever go there. If I could do a ZERO star I would.
