Had a great lunch at Carver! I ordered the chimichurri salad with the tofu on top and it was excellent. Really fresh, flavorful, and a great portion size. We sat outside which was perfect for the day. The view of Main Street makes it a great spot for people watching.
The raspberry ale was also refreshing! Overall just a really lovely lunch and a great place to sit outside and enjoy the afternoon.

This place is definitely my go to when looking to have a drink. Within my top 5 of restaurants. Their variety of beer and cocktails are wonderful. Aside from that, I love their burgers, especially with green chile. Although not hot, still brings taste to the food.

It’s really disappointing to see a local business go downhill. I ordered the Reuben, and it came with very little sauerkraut and almost no dressing on the bread. The bottom slice of bread was hard while the top was soft, and the fries were inconsistent — some were burnt while others were barely cooked. The service was also lacking; we didn’t get water refills and the staff wasn’t very attentive.
