My wife is celiac and they did a great job catering to her. Note if you’re very sensitive it is a single fryer, but they can even do the fried chicken gluten free. They have a bunch of options on their gf menu and it has celiac specific items.
We ate the food too fast to take pictures but would absolutely recommend.

My husband claimed this is the best chicken in town and now I've tried it, I think he might be right. The food was soo tasty and our order came relatively quickly. After reading the negative review from a few weeks ago, I was a bit sceptical about going here, but we spoke with the owner as we were leaving and he had nothing but praise for his wife who does all the cooking. I get the vibe that with success comes stress and they are both passionate about what they do and the food they serve customers. They're a small/local business, that everyone should support otherwise places like this will cease to exist. I will 100% be returning and I will be recommending it to as any people as I can. I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere, just because I'm not a fan of the brewery, but you can eat here without actually going in there, as the food truck is round the back and accessible from the car park.

The only reason I can't say that this is my favorite chicken sandwich in town is that it is my favorite chicken sandwich period. Some might argue with that, but what I know for a fact is that nobody can argue that this is at least the best within a pretty large radius. People running the truck are always friendly.

Chalkboard Kitchen operates out of a food truck behind Anarchy Brewing. We eat at Chalkboard a lot, as their food is consistently great. They have a great selection of vegetarian options including an eggplant banh mi which is bangin. Their salads and apps are great too.
Anarchy is a great casual spot to hang, grab a beer while you wait for your food, but be prepared for a wait for your food to arrive. Their staff is friendly, but more often than not they seem to be understaffed and wait times are long - often over an hour. When we came here last, we stood in line to order while they took 3 phone orders, one after the other, then proceeded to call someone back who had tried to place a phone order. To enhance the service my suggestion would be to hire another cook, and/or prioritize in-person orders (maybe even stop taking phone orders if you’re backed up to avoid bad customer experience and super long wait times).

I sat there listening to the guy verbally abuse his wife for 30 minutes. He was yelling at his wife with all the customers listening. He was too comfortable bullying his wife and I can only imagine the power dynamic behind closed doors.
Best chicken sandwich in Durango hands down. Wings were absolutely delicious. Sweet potato fries were great. shishito peppers were bomb. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Also, employees were awesome.
If I could marry a chicken sandwich, this is the one I’d pledge my life to. If I was already married to a chicken sandwich, I’d dump that one to go fool around with the Chalkboard Kitchen Chicken Sandwich. This is the chicken sandwich you build a home with, raise kids with, enjoy retirement with, and spend every day infatuated with because it never gets old.
I don’t know what kind of witchcraft they’re wielding in that food truck but when I tell you this is one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life, I mean it. Trust me. The people are lovely and the food is amazing. Just go get yourself a sandwich and love your life.
