Finally ate here after 5 years in Durango. Can't believe I waited so long. Wow, that was great. Great service, nice place, and the food was 10/10.

A local recommended Chimayo Stone Fired Kitchen saying it is his favorite restaurant in town. It's easy to see why. The place has a cool vibe, interesting decor, and amazing food.

The cornbread appetizer was delicious. The salmon entree with apples and seasoned pecans was scrumptuous. The atmosphere was western, but not kitshy. Service was attentive and responsive. We had a very pleasant experience.

The food was obviously chef created. Service was good and they were gracious about accommodating us even though we didn't have a reservation.

Dine inside, the “patio” is on the street and it was loud. Our food was not super hot, steak was mediocre, but the cocktails were really great and the appetizers were tasty. Our server wasn’t super attentive but she had tables inside and out and it was busy, so it may have just been that. Overall it was very expensive for less than remarkable flavor.

We drove pass Durango and found this place, the steak is really good, I guess Colorado mountains area is just expensive since they have a lot of tourism all years round, we didn’t have reservation but was seated quickly. The waitress even brought my dog some water. Great experience!

Our server was Calvin it was his first night solo. He was covering several tables and did an excellent job.
We ordered the rib eye and it was the best I have had in years, cooked perfectly.

A wonderful restaurant with wonderful food. I completely forgot to take photos of the seasonal soup and the salad we got. I believe it was the warm butternut squash salad and we added steak - it was incredible. The pizza was fantastic, also forgot to take photo of that.
The mocktails were fantastic as was the vanilla bean crème brûlée. I will come back here anytime I visit.

Unique flavors, casual atmosphere, attentive service, yummy cocktails. What’s not to like about this place? The sleeper on the menu is the cauliflower steak. So so good. I want to eat it again tomorrow!
