Best diner I’ve been to in a long time. Definitely get the home fries extra-crispy; they take more time but it’s definitely worth it.

We came on a Monday when it wasnt so busy.
The food was really good.
The server was very nice.
The only downsides:
We sat outside, which got us forgotten about at times. The food order was wrong and honestly wouldn't have been a big deal as it still looked delicious, but it was cold, as if it had been sitting a while. The server took it off our bill. So, no big deal.
I'd come back, I'd just sit inside next time.

Very classic diner. It was a very cozy experience and the staff are friendly and know the best menu items! You can't go wrong with their French toast breakfast made on thick sliced French bread!

I had the chorizo omlette with extra-cripsy homefries. It was so good, I came back two more times. I will definitely stop by again in the future.

It's my favorite place for breakfast or brunch in Durango! The staff is always friendly, the atmosphere cozy.
I can bring my kids here and they all love the food.

Dietary restrictions: My husband has celiac and they know how to prepare the food safely for him. And it's delicious. I actually like the GF pancakes better than the normal ones.

Stopped in for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised with the different menu options. I chose the coconut curry scramble and it was delicious! You can choose the variations as omelet or scramble. The plate comes with several accompaniments but I chose to only have toast. The house coffee is so good and is the local roaster Desert Sun. All of the staff is very nice! I highly suggest giving them a try.

Warning, don't wait out front for a table. 'Go for a walk' is what they recommend for waiting guests, even my party with someone who's handicapped. The man running food and cleaning the tables was extremely rude to multiple guests over there 'patio seating'. The board mounted in the front is 'seating'. Also the small two person table, I get this one, but to be rude to incoming guests, over a 'not obvious' seating area is a little childish. I know it's stressful, I get it but to talk down to other humans this way is ignorant. The food was decent and the waitress was almost too friendly. I don't recommend, as there isn't anything to really see or visit while 'walking/waiting' for a table. You may experience rude, unprofessional, condescending bus boys.

Breakfast with a side of lies? This place offers "eggs benedict" but refuses to poach the eggs.

Also the biscuits are actually dinner rolls and they can't do eggs over medium either...

And the bathrooms were heinous.

Great food in a friendly local atmosphere. Good (really strong) coffee. We had the Super Spuds with coconut curry sauce, biscuits and gravy, and a gf pancake (no gf toast). Home-made cherry jam! We would happily return. Nice staff. Kinda hated the music and sat under a speaker, would not sit there again.

Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian selections.
