Sitting at the bar getting top notch service from Mark - a star - (local draught beer, loaded potato skins) and watching by Steelers hopefully getting vengeance on the Browns. Had seen online this was a place to catch the NFL (multiple screens, great casual ambience) and I can confirm. The food, beervand service an unexpected plus. Location also perfect. If in Durango when a game of interest is on STOP IN.

Food is usually great. Beware the very high take out charge (hidden fee) per the menu our total should have been $52. We were told it was going to be $73 I understand that taxes exist but this is way too much when we called to cancel our order Caitlin was very rude and informed us that we should "look at the menu better next time" no where on the online menu does it say anything about a take out fee.

I ordered the 1/2 fried chicken dinner for takeout and it was dreadful. The chicken was near flavorless and it was overcooked. The breast was dry as a bone. The thigh stood out as the best piece from the meal, but still not great. Based on appearance, the fryer oil was overdue for a change. They forgot to put my mashed potatoes in as well, which might have been helpful since the chicken was so dry. Going the other way, the fried okra was somewhat undercooked. The onion rings were decent, though, surprisingly enough. Overall, not a great experience, and I would not recommend this to anyone hoping for a good fried chicken dinner. City Market or Albertson’s, sadly, are the only better options in Durango right now.

The gold fever flavor was surprisingly good, quality of the wings better than most. Clean, friendly, will definitely go here again next time we are in town

Best chicken in Durango! They by far have some of the best chicken in Durango that we have had. They have so many sauce choices as well as many chicken varieties and appetizers too! It is usually very busy especially when there is a game on, they have many TV’s to watch sports on. If you are fine waiting then don’t worry, but if you don’t like waiting then I would go early or on a day without a sports game. The waiters are usually helpful and nice but sometimes are slow and unattentive even once you get in the door they don’t even seat you sometimes. The food also can take some time but I would say it’s worth the wait!
Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian and vegan options but it is a chicken place so don’t come expecting a good meal if your vegan or vegetarian.
Parking: If you park in the train station parking lot there is usually parking. Also street parking nearby.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, kids drinks, coloring sheets. Very kid friendly!!
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to get into the place but I think that I remember there being stairs actually into the restaurant. Not sure if this is a good wheelchair accessible place to go.

Wings are decent. Fried nicely. Sauced just right. Decent selection of sauces but nonproprietary and all just readily bottled available sauces.
The wings are NOT extra large. They are normal wings size which brings me to my three star review:
A full size meaning 12 wings is $32. They are served with two anemic slivers of celery sticks. In my opinion an absurd price for what you get.
Our meal consisting of a half order of wings and two beers for two guys each plus one order of large onion rings to share, which consisted of probably seven onion rings, with gratuity was $86.
CRAZY!!
I feel that restaurant gouging as gotten out of control.

Great food! Service was excellent! TV’s thru out the Bar and eating area to enjoy watching sports!
Parking: The street parking on weekends was free so the area had limited parking spots available in the immediate area, parking anywhere in alley isn’t allowed as it’s private and marked that unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Other than the parking this place was great!

This place is awesome because if you want wings but have a small appetite, you can order single servings! I got two full wings tossed in sauce with some wedges and it was amazing! Well cooked & crisp 👌🏽
