Derailed is one of those places that never disappoints. The food is always impeccable and incredibly consistent every time we visit. Tonny and Mark are absolutely wonderful and make the experience even better. I can honestly say we’ve never had a bad experience here.

As locals we love the Pour House. You can spend a lot more money in Durango, and not enjoy the same level of service, or creativity in cocktails, or satisfying food. Mark was our server on this busy Saturday night, and despite a full house he was attentative and on point, with food and adult beverages arriving with perfect timing. Mark is a new server to us. Our usual is Sylvia. And while Mark was on point, he did not have the je ne sais quoi of Sylvia. A haircut would help.

Pour House is one of our favorite go-tos for dinner in Durango. The craft cocktails, and awesome burgers are a strong draw. The Pour House exudes a cool factor, and a big contributor to that is our favorite server, Sylvia. Sylvia is the epitome of cool, with a laid back vibe, an exotic look, and tasteful tattoos. The Pour House, and Sylvia, are winners in a crowded Durango culinary scene.

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance immediately set this restaurant apart. The atmosphere felt like stepping into a real-life Alice in Wonderland, whimsical, imaginative, and beautifully curated. Each table arrangement was uniquely designed, creating a visually stunning experience that made the evening feel special before the meal even began. The cocktails were equally impressive, creative, expertly crafted, and absolutely divine. Every drink felt thoughtfully composed, balancing flavor and presentation, which elevated the entire dining experience. What truly made the night unforgettable, however, was our server, Tonlaly. His personality enhanced the evening from start to finish. He was engaging, personable, and genuinely entertaining while maintaining exceptional professionalism and attentiveness. Without a doubt, he is one of the best servers I have ever had, and his service added a memorable personal touch to an already outstanding experience

My family and I visited Durango and stopped by this restaurant.. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was awesome and all the staff were great; especially Mark and Korey, they were both really friendly, polite and maintained good conversation. Mark and Korey mentioned that the bar counter was from the 1800s..pretty cool:) I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody visiting the town of Durango Colorado!!
