Food is okay, but the cocktails are fantastic! Such creativity in names and ingredients. Also, ambience is epic! Indoor trees with lights, view of the narrow guage railroad, 80s music videos, and the framed vocabulary lessons are hilariously sarcastic. It'd be nice if there was a portion of the place for 21+ only. There were quite a few tiny children and babies about, and not that I mind children, but to be out late in a bar-like setting, it surprised me.

Great happy hour prices on food and drinks. Lots of choices on specialty cocktails and beer. Wait staff was very attentive. Atmosphere was unique and relaxing.

My boyfriend and I came here tonight to just get appetizers and as soon as we mentioned not getting a full meal our server was immediately frustrated. I can only presume that Mikayla I believe her name was, was frustrated that she was not going to get a lot of money from our appetizer table. Unfortunately when our appetizers came out we had found 3 dead mosquitos in one of the dishes and she somehow made it feel like it like a burden that we brought it up and asked for a new plate. She forgot our waters initially and grabbed my card off the table and ran it without saying thanks for coming in or anything. Would’ve been appreciated given there were bugs in our food! Overall, was not attentive and a supposed to be 30/40 minute dining experience quickly turned into an hour and a half from poor service and irritability. Sad, given that we strongly enjoy coming here, definitely will come back but will not be sitting in her section again.

I don't think I could rate any category as the stronger factor. But let's be honest... I was there for the food and the California Burger was amazing. Simple ingredients never tasted better. The beef patty was cooked to perfect medium rare as ordered and the flavor was amazing.

Out of all the fun and entertaining things to do in Durango, stopping in to Derailed Pour House to see Tony should be at the top of your list! We popped in on a whim for my birthday and he and the rest of the staff made it an absolute experience, not just a meal. 10/10 would recommend. No notes…absolutely amazing

Wow. Super good. Had carne asada tacos…excellent! What an incredible cocktail menu too. Had the Cure and the ORU. Good choices for me at least. Complex and flavorful. Great atmosphere too. Will be back for more!
