Derailed is one of those places that never disappoints. The food is always impeccable and incredibly consistent every time we visit. Tonny and Mark are absolutely wonderful and make the experience even better. I can honestly say we’ve never had a bad experience here.
My husband and I stopped off at Derailed for a few drinks and I'm glad we did. The atmosphere is super fun and unique, and the drink menu is very creative! The staff is also very friendly and on top of it!
As locals we love the Pour House. You can spend a lot more money in Durango, and not enjoy the same level of service, or creativity in cocktails, or satisfying food. Mark was our server on this busy Saturday night, and despite a full house he was attentative and on point, with food and adult beverages arriving with perfect timing. Mark is a new server to us. Our usual is Sylvia. And while Mark was on point, he did not have the je ne sais quoi of Sylvia. A haircut would help.
