Let me tell you, I love coming to this Dunkin’s. I always have a great experience even when they don’t have what I want, they will substitute to make it right. I enjoy the coffee without breaking my wallet. I always have the best chats with the staff and they always make me smile even when I’m having a rough day. I appreciate them being here as another option for food and coffee in town. Plus, apple fritters for life.

I have never had such a horrible experience at a restaurant before. At 2:30 in the afternoon all they had left was stale pumpkin donuts and a few stale munchkins with hardly any frosting. There were only 2 people working who both looked very overwhelmed. The guy kept complaining about our order loudly to the girl working. He said “did they order enough hot chocolates??” And “this is diabetes in in cup” “don’t they know there’s a Starbucks and Durango joes down the street” I’ve been here a couple times before and I can’t say things were much better those times. Definitely won’t ever go back.

I've given this place many chances before writing this. Coffee is good and as it should be. Donuts however are pitiful. Very small and not much frosting, jelly filled ones are only about a quarter filled. If donuts are in the name, you should have good donuts. The grocery stores do better, which is sad. Will only be ordering coffee from now on. They have also been out of the munchkins for a few days.

Out of hazelnut flavor, out of munchkins. Iced coffee was hours on hours old with its burnt taste…. Then my chocolate donut was strawberry. Girl at drive thru window looked clearly sick with a cough and sneezing. Thank goodness we aren’t local to this location because I’m a die hard Dunkin mama and this was just brutal.

Every time I've been to this Dunkin since it opened it's been horrible. Poorly managed, understaffed, and bad service. I'm going to stop giving it another chance and just never go here again. Their donut selection is always so sparce and they never have what you want. A couple times I've been they were completely out of any bakery item at all. How can Dunkin Donuts not have ANY donuts? Just save your time and your money. No point in waiting 10 minutes to be told they're out of everything.
