Very high prices for nothing special. The cost is completely unjustified for such an mediocre experience.

The service was good but not particularly friendly. The quality of the bagels were poor; thin, rather tasteless and overpriced. $14 for 6 bagels. I gave three stars to be generous.
Came out here from Arizona. Stopped in to grab breakfast on our way to Denver. What a mistake. $41 for 2 breakfast bagels and a tea is absolutely insane and the people working acted like they couldn’t care less. The highlight of this place were the 2 dogs that were outside and they weren’t even part of the store. Einstein’s is half the price and the food tastes better. Save your money.

Terrible experience. Latte was cold for me and my wife. Cinnamon roll was stale and cold. I was going to ask if she can heat it up a bit so I can enjoy it, but we cut it short, dumped everything and found a Starbucks.

My husband and I were refused entry because of our service dog. Both of us live with mobility and hearing disabilities that impact our daily life. Even after explaining that our dog is a trained service animal, the owner still denied us service. Instead of respecting our rights, he tried to call our dog over to him while his own dogs sat by the entrance. This was discriminatory, humiliating, and a clear violation of the ADA. No one with a disability should be treated this way.
Service animals are protected under the ADA and do not need to wear vests or special identification. As a “business owner”, it is your responsibility to know this and to treat people with respect. You relentlessly tried to call our service dog over while your own dogs were at the entrance, and made us feel unwelcome. That is not just unprofessional, it is discriminatory.
Instead of fighting people in your Google reviews, you should do your due diligence and familiarize yourself with the ADA. If this continues to be dismissed, I will move forward with filing a complaint rather than going back and forth here.
Your defensive response here, rather than taking accountability, speaks volumes.

Stood in line for 20 minutes, bagel was microwave garbage, eggs in their container looked nasty, cheese wasn’t even melted, bagel was hard, did not taste good enough to justify the prices. I’m not sure if he was the owner or manager or whoever but he had a bad attitude, came in and started being rude to the two other employees, worked there for 10 minutes before getting in his vehicle and sped away leaving his 2 dogs tied up outside.
Edit: Pushy and rude? All I did was stand in line and place my order when it was my turn. Notice he didn’t disagree about the bagel being microwaved garbage. The bagel was hard and stale, the eggs watered down, and the overall taste was foul.
Maybe the owner should stop focusing on google reviews and worry about making his food better instead of overpriced slop.

Obsessed with this place and have been for years. It can get slammed with train traffic so be prepared for a bit of a wait at times but it’s worth it. Even when they’re super busy the employees are always kind and happy! Bagels are fantastic, as are the breakfast sandwiches. Bonus: sometimes the owners dogs are out front and I love saying hello to them!

Stopped in for breakfast at Durango Bagel before catching the train to Silverton. Unfortunately, I found the bagel and sandwiches to be overpriced and not particularly impressive in quality. It was the only spot open at the time and conveniently close to the station, which is why I chose it. Just being honest — not terrible, but definitely not worth the price in my opinion.
