Been coming here since they opened in the 90s. Great bagels but (and I have no idea when this started) they gouge you with hidden fees. A sandwich that should’ve cost $10 w/tax ended up being $12!!! Why?? Was it automatically tipped?? I always add a tip. Please post what you are charging in the end!! How is this not illegal? I will say the workers there are awesome and work very hard. I’ve spent my time working the tourist traps on Main and know what that’s like. Please tell me you’re giving them whatever these hidden fees are!!!

Food is average and overpriced, drinks can be better cause they have an espresso machine. One of the girls gives you attitude and rudeness (that's why I put 2 stars in service) the place is cozy but looks neglected. Is in the most beautiful zone in town, could be so much better.

Came in Saturday morning 12/7. Blonde hair guy greeted me very friendly. The girl with the dark hair took my order and made my bagels with hate in her heart. The blonde girl yelled at an old man for not hearing her the first time. Very negative vibe. Sorry but that’s the truth, get another job if you can’t treat people right. 🤷♂️ Now I see why they charge an automatic service fee on each order.

If you're taking to go, bring your own container. Their wax paper and paper bags are flimsy. 20 steps from the building my bag disintegrated and my bagel exploded on the sidewalk. They charge too much to have packaging this flimsy.

Nice atmosphere, i felt as if my bagel was pretty plain though as in not enough flovor. My toffee latte wasn't bad though.

Honestly really good. Bagels are good quality, texture, flavor, freshness. Breakfast sandwich has the right balance of ingredients to it. The people working there are friendly and chill. I've been going here every other day for the past week or so while I'm in town.
Definitely a small spot; might get crowded or best to plan to take your stuff to go during busy hours.
I really wanted to like this place because it was the last real food I would have before heading on a 4 day backpacking trip, but I just couldn’t. The bagels were not good, the lattes tasted very artificial and, to top it off, crazy expensive (over $35 for 2 bagels and 2 medium flavored lattes). For these prices, I’m expecting premium. You’re better off heading to McDonald’s and getting a coffee & breakfast sandwich from them instead.
