This was a cute shop downtown that had some neat cups and kitchen stuff. However the customer service was awful. She wasn't very nice and welcoming. I get there busy but I've been at busy coffee shops that don't act like you're bothering them at there job. One star for service and 2 for the atmosphere.

Bait & Switch - No Service Dogs Allowed despite signage in the front window saying they were. They took our order, made our coffees and promptly asked us to leave. Lame.

Cute place, however terrible drinks and service.
I asked for the sweetest drink and was lazily pointed to the signature drinks menu and told any drink could be made sweeter…. so my party of three all ordered from there and yeah no. Not sweet at all. It’s like they don’t believe in sugar. When asked about it they were talking shit after again lazily pointing us to the self serve sugar section (which took a lot of sugar to make babearle) when we heard the employees saying “this isn’t Starbucks”
Well no duh, we don’t even support Starbucks we prefer small local coffee shops and never had a problem in our home town.
So this was a major let down especially since tik tok raves this place for the aesthetic but just save yourself the disappointment. 0/10 hella do not recommend.

Cute coffee shop on the main street in Durango. I love the decor inside and they have a small store section for random items!
It was hot so I went for an iced pistachio latte with oat milk. It was soooooo good, the perfect amount of pistachio flavoring. There were other unique flavors that I would love to try. You can turn any of their hot coffees into iced!

Coffee was good. Service was great. It's just a bit crowded for my taste. Quite a line.

The coffee and service were amazing! But can I suggest you add a few savory/protein GF items to your menu? I was bummed I had to go next door for a more filling breakfast. Otherwise, beautiful coffee shop!
I had an Iced Honey Breve Latte.
The coffee flavor was there and strong!
My husband had a hot London Fog and said it was tasty.

The historic coffee shop in town, a must stop for the whole family. A variety of coffee and tea option (along with non-caffeinated bevs), an increasing number of food options. Definitely check out fresh cinnamon rolls on Friday morning, or the southwest quiche on any day of the week!

Delicious food and coffee and a really cool looking spot. I am still trying to recreate my Nitro brew experience at this place, but it hasn’t happened yet. Dam I just might have to move to

Your drink will vary depending on the barista and how busy it is. Sometimes they pull great espresso shots, other times they are burnt. I am mainly reviewing to inform patrons to please avoid their smoothies. I ordered the mango smoothie and it was weirdly syrupy and was obviously not fresh, nor made with frozen mangoes. maybe some sort of pre-blended frozen mix? anyways the smoothie destroyed my stomach for days, I left work early due to an insane stomachache.
