I absolutely love Durango Joe’s coffee. Unfortunately, the lids for the cups are terrible. ASK FOR and use TWO LIDS. It helps keep the lid on.

I’m not a fan of hotel coffee and this place is right across our hotel. Pretty decent coffee for a chain. Staff were friendly and polite. We both ordered cafe au lait, properly made. Egg bites and ham croissants are standard fare coming from coffee place but it satisfy the early morning bites before long car journey

We love visiting Durango and this was our first time to this coffee place. Driving long hours, I asked for a club soda for my motion sickness. The barista at the counter (so sorry I didn’t get her name) was so friendly and after paying, she came to me in the lobby and said she also gets car sick and gave me saltines. This was BEYOND customer service and honestly, so refreshing as a human being to feel such genuine kindness. Thank you for helping my day be better and we will be back!
Was my first time trying Durango Joes, and I would say that I had a wonderful experience overall. Asked Chloe, the barista at the counter what she would recommend and what she liked, and she definitely delivered in giving me a few options to choose from. Chose to get a small iced Mountain Mudslide, if you like sweet but not over poweringly sweet this is a good drink to choose. I definitely will go back to try some more menu items, price is decent considering the quality of their product, I would say it's worth the price and you can tell that it's not some cheap gas station coffee.
