We love visiting Durango and this was our first time to this coffee place. Driving long hours, I asked for a club soda for my motion sickness. The barista at the counter (so sorry I didn’t get her name) was so friendly and after paying, she came to me in the lobby and said she also gets car sick and gave me saltines. This was BEYOND customer service and honestly, so refreshing as a human being to feel such genuine kindness. Thank you for helping my day be better and we will be back!

Was my first time trying Durango Joes, and I would say that I had a wonderful experience overall. Asked Chloe, the barista at the counter what she would recommend and what she liked, and she definitely delivered in giving me a few options to choose from. Chose to get a small iced Mountain Mudslide, if you like sweet but not over poweringly sweet this is a good drink to choose. I definitely will go back to try some more menu items, price is decent considering the quality of their product, I would say it's worth the price and you can tell that it's not some cheap gas station coffee.

Bring your own cup or go to Dunkin’bucks. —SERIOUSLY. They save cents on these horrible lids and we’re left with a $200 detailing fee!

The customer service is very poor!! Everyone look unhappy with an attitude!!!!! Nate tossed my food on the contour he looked very upset for having to grab my sandwich out of the refrigerator !! Nate was very rud! Bad environment !! Will not be coming back to this location.

Order a ham, egg and cheese croissant. Left the coffee shop without looking at the sandwich. The ham was rolled up in a very small tube, and placed one side of the sandwich, there was no egg, but there was cheese. The sandwich was very poorly put together, I was very disappointed.!!!☹️

Was paying for coffee and baked item. Saw cashier added $1 tip automatically. Questioned her and she said she corrected it. But showed up on my bank statement with $1 tip. Ask for and check your receipts for extra charges.
