July 13, 2025. Put in my order 3:14PM over the mobile app for college drive location. Order was quick to complete.
I should’ve gotten the baristas name (the girl barista that was there 🌸) , but I ordered the salty dog with special instructions “less salt cause I’m already salty enough today”… pun (I wanted to go swimming but it started thundering and lightning LOL)
& I ordered the green apple blossom. 🌸 BOTH. SO. GOOD.
Literally salty dog though… star of the show is the girl who made it. Literally SO sweet, made sure there wasn’t too much salt and it was hands down THE BEST coffee I’ve EVER gotten from Durango Joes which is saying something because I’ve been going there off and on for 4 years & I always give it a chance because it’s local and convenient. I called the store after I got home and told her too.
Like seriously thoroughly impressed.
Today this girl, (AGAIN. I WISH I GOT HER NAME, she was working with another gentleman who was also very nice) I’ve never gotten a drink from her before, she absolutely NAILED it. NAILED IT. If I could only have one barista make me coffee for the rest of my life it would be her. I literally chugged it before I got home which is saying something because I live 3 minutes away and wanted to sit on my porch and sip coffee but that obviously didn’t happen. Chugged it. Gone.
Y’all give this girl a raise and some praise. I’m so serious.

I’ve walked here a few times while doing laundry or waiting with friends, it’s just your typical coffee shop, friendly workers, clean bathrooms, they have puzzles to keep you busy but they don’t have all the pieces

Burritos were way better b4 all these changes. Price got better quality got worse please bring the good stuff back they were soooooooo good b4 my whole family really enjoyed the old burritos please bring them back

Durango Joes, Today my sweet Oreo stopped eating because she is in the end stages of cancer. Sadly that means it's time. But today I stopped at the north Durango location and told them her favorite treat was pup cups and that I had 4 dogs. The kind young lady immediately hooked us up. I wasn't sure if Ms.Oreo would be able to eat it but I got home with it and low and behold she perked up to enjoy her tasty treat. I want to say thank you. This moment is so special to our family as it's one of the last times we get to see her enjoy anything. She will be crossing the rainbow bridge this afternoon so she doesn't suffer anymore. you'll never know how thankful I am for this moment with her. thank you Durango Joes.
