If you have any taste buds at all, please do yourself a favor and do not go here. The pumpkin bread is gluten free and vegan, which is not advertised. I would have ordered it had I known. The food is microwaved and horrible. The mocha tasted like Hershey syrup. I am so upset I spent $30 on this.

I went in this past friday. Got greeted by a wonderful barista Kate. She had the best smile on her face and really showed me that she loved her job. She convinced me to buy a bag of coffee. Best decision I made. Will be coming back just to see her. This was definitely a great place to get my coffee, and now is my new favorite place. Thank you kate and the joes team. This was north drive through for anyone who is wondering. Highly recommend this!!!

Asked for whole milk, got oat milk. I'm going to a different one from now on, this is the 4th order I've had messed up here

Dietary restrictions: Don't trust it, got oat milk instead of whole milk

Fast friendly and good! Our barista was able to recommend places for us to visit and she was right. That’s good service. Prices are reasonable and selection is huge. Solid choice for a quick cup

I have lived in durango for 5 years and live right down the street from this particular location. To say the least I have given Durango Joes more than one chance to try and impress me and have been left with nothing but that. From soggy wet breakfast burritos, to burnt espresso time and time again it’s like they might as well have pre schooler running these “convenient” drive thru locations. When going to get coffee or breakfast be sure you set aside around 30 minutes of time because drinks take anywhere from 5-10 minutes to make per drink.

As you sit there patiently waiting for your 10 minute cup of coffee stressing looking at the clock wondering if you’ll be able to make it back to work. You are rewarded with oversweetned burnt espresso to compensate for you now being 10 minutes late to wherever you were going. Every-time I am reminded that I should not spend my money here. If you do get coffee from here I actually recommend the drip brewed coffee it taste better and is much quicker and trust me the person behind you will also be grateful.

In a town where food and beverage space is limited please do us all a favor and get rid of half of the locations, hire people that care about coffee and what the customers are getting. Do better please.

Did the drive through...such good coffee! Tastes like coffee should taste...not burned, like the "other" place.
