Always delicious food and attentive service. I love that they have gluten free options as well. One of our favorites in Durango.
Had an early reservation, which was a great idea--very busy on Saturday night! Rainbow roll was perfect, as was the Waygu beef. Our waitperson was wonderful and service was unobtrusive but instant and friendly. We talked ourselves into dessert, and the Strawberry shortcake was wonderful.
We went for my daughter-in-law's birthday. The service was fine, food was good and drinks (we didn't order alcohol) were fine. There was no mention made of our special occasion which seems to be the norm nowadays. It's too bad. I was ask when making the reservation on OpenTable if it was a special occasion which I specified. So, why do you ask if the restaurant isn't going to acknowledge the guest? It's curious. 🤨
Great place to celebrate! We had a lovely meal. I highly recommend the wagu beef platter for kids who don't eat fish and want to do a table top cooking experience.
Reservations are a must since this restaurant is popular. food and service was very good. Menu has good choices. Portion size is good. On street Parking was a challenge and required a 4 block walk. That is not always the case. The table we had was a bit too small for a party of 4, particularly since we ordered multiple appetizers. The restaurant was busy so we didn't have the option of asking for a larger table.
Great food and service. Will go back for other dishes. Was hard to choose what to get.

Great sashimi overall!
The steak was pretty bad, they just covered it in teriyaki sauce - can’t even taste the meat. Not really something I’d want to pay $50 for again

Lame food, Lame Moody workers, workers blame orders, can’t order how you want things, prices expensive for very mediocre Japanese food. I say pass and find something better in Durango.

They have pushed the limit on amount of fish per roll, it's paper thin cuts. 98% rice for 25 bucks has gone too far.

The food is good and interesting, but my entire meal was served before my husband received his and when it did show up it was cold and had to be sent back. Good food but overall for the price, you may want to go somewhere else. It was our anniversary so a nice meal together would have been nice.

My husband loves sushi. I do not like fish. We both love this restaurant! Numerous options for all food preferences, with many gluten free and vegetarian options. Just all in all a great option.
Dietary restrictions: Many gluten free options, that did not poison our heavily celiac friend with cross contamination! Be sure to note gluten free needs to your server as they use/provide different soy sauce etc.

The quality and the presentation of the food was nice, as usual. My husband and I went for our anniversary and I ordered sushi and he ordered teriyaki steak. Our appetizer and my dinner came out long before my husbands and when his did arrive it was cold and had to be sent back. So much for a nice dinner together. We each ended up watching the other eat.
