Eolus is one of the best restaurants in Durango for sure !!! The service is amazing, the food is incredible with delicious flavors and love and thought put into each dish . We had the pork and scallops with the wedge salad for apps . Then we had the halibut and steak Fritz . ( both perfectly cooked ) And topped it off with The Pumpkin roll !! WOW ! Cheers to our server Luke !!

We have the best meal, service and cocktails here! Tip - make a reservation! Our service, Luke, was amazing and extremely informative about the menu (I felt like a chef from the food network was talking to me). Our cocktails were next level and very unique, our dinner - elk tenderloin and surf and turf - was amazing, favorable, perfectly balanced. Highly recommended.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but service was very slow when my friend and I went, our food was burnt/dry, and the portions were small. Felt like other patrons were getting more attention than us. Not worth the price tag. I’m never coming back here.

Unbelievably delicious and great service by Orion. A lovely gentleman, who put a cheese platter together for my husband. Everything was delicious: highly recommend pork belly & scallop salad. Beet salad and duck !

I had the surf and turf the lobster tail was tiny but full of flavor, the filet was not edible-no taste I ordered it rare and it was charred on the outside with no flavor. Awesome atmosphere and service was great. The rest of my group enjoyed the food.

Elk tenderloin!!!! Enough said …. They can do it right. Dessert and appetizers excellent as well. Even the vegetarian option was rediculously good! Definitely recommend. Need reservation. Pricey.

Eli’s is such a wonderful place to eat fine food in Durango. Food is fantastic, service is “5 star” and the atmosphere is relaxed.
From the moment we were seated, we knew this restaurant was something special. The service was next level. The wine amd drink selection did not disappoint! The lobster was tender,juicy and cooked to perfection. The salmon was moist and flavorful. They make their Icecream in house, it is amazing. We had a wonderful time from start to finish amd will definitely return, when we visit again!

Eolus...!!! Always great food, great service and a great time. Our server "O'Ryan" was very attentive and personable...a pleasure to work with. Elk Tenderloin was tender and delicious... My friends Halibut was Really GOOD..!! Brussel Sprouts and Oysters on the Half-shell appetizers as well..! As Always...a GREAT RESTAURANT AND DINING EXPERIENCE..!!

Dining at Elous was a memorable experience from start to finish. The service stood out—our waiter was not only highly knowledgeable, but also warm and attentive throughout the evening.
We began with the zucchini flower stuffed with goat cheese and the burrata. Both appetizers were beautifully presented, with fresh, vibrant flavors that felt perfect for summer. Each bite was thoughtfully prepared and impossible to fault.
For the main course, I chose the hangar steak accompanied by duck fat fries. The steak was perfectly cooked, and the fries may have been the best I’ve ever tasted. My husband opted for the elk tenderloin, which arrived just as impressively plated and expertly prepared.
Dessert was equally impressive. We shared the espresso panna cotta and the chocolate mousse cake, both of which were flawless and satisfying finales to the meal.
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Elous and look forward to returning. Exceptional food and impeccable service made for a truly special night.
