We eat a lot of pizza and always try to find local pizza when we’re vacationing. Fired Up did not disappoint. The pizza is amazing! Our orders arrived piping hot with a fresh, crisp and chewy crust. The topping options were ample and the sauce was flavorful and just the right amount.
Our server was helpful, friendly and efficient. Best of all, he wasted no time bringing our pizzas straight from the oven!
The dining area is small and a bit dark, but with a very “local” vibe. If we lived closer, we would regulars for sure!

5 years since my last review at 3 stars and it's staying 3 stars for me 5 years later. Had the mozzarella jalapeño dip and that was the highlight of lunch. The pizza was too small for the price and the crust was powdery and bland.

We had a very unfortunate experience a few days ago at this restaurant. We went at lunch time on a Monday, where in addition to us there was a couple sitting at the bar and another at the back of the restaurant. In our large group, there were 3 2-year-old children who were walking through some parts of the restaurant, just looking out the window at the street. The person who served us expressed her annoyance about this situation and that the children should be sitting in their chairs, without getting up since they were bothering her since she had to pass to get to the table. This being that there were no other customers near our table, not even remotely close. It's understandable that she might express her discomfort with the topic, but it was the way she did it. Being disrespectful, aggressive and extremely arrogant. It is difficult for me to understand how a person who works in the service area could have this way of treating clients and make a scandal completely out of proportion. Apparently she was dealing with personal issues that were affecting her correct judgment and ability to communicate. Finally we canceled a fairly large order of pizzas and food for about 20 people and decided to go to another restaurant (11th street) with several food truck type carts with excellent pizzas, extraordinary customer service and where we had ZERO problems with the children. Even the nearby people who were sitting nearby came to play with them. Here it actually happens that it depends on how you look at things to see how you deal with it... unfortunately this person decided on aggressiveness instead of dialogue. I will not go to this restaurant again and I do not recommend it.
