Decent food, decent service. Expected more, but it wasn’t bad.Hash breakfast, pancakes, and coffee were all pretty good. The “fresh” OJ was far from fresh, and we paid $4+ for a cup of “fresh” fruit that was clearly canned and drenched in fruit syrup.This place could get by without any improvements thanks to their awesome location, but a few minor fresh updates could make it much better than just good!

Horrible service & rushed to order, so I wasn’t impressed with their customer service. I ordered a chicken enchilada but received a sour cream enchilada instead, I told them about the mix up & they refused to give me my original order unless I paid extra for it. I would NOT recommend eating here.

Jamie was awesome. We came from out of town for a nice dinner. And she did nothing but take great care for us. We all left full from the awesome food. And the margaritas were off the chain. Lol I will be returning again for another beautiful dinner.

Was very tasty but I like pretty much all Mexican food so I may be biased! The green chile, while very good, was not quite spicy enough for my taste so I only give it 4 stars.

We had wonderful food and margaritas at Francisco’s this evening. The most amazing part of the evening was the service. Carlos was the only person on duty, he took orders, tended bar, served food and was not behind or rattled once! Was professional and kind to everyone in there. Thank you, Carlos

Started going here about fifteen years ago and always make sure to stop in for at least one meal when I'm in Durango. My experience with the servers is that they have always been polite and friendly. Recommend without hesitation!

This place has excellent food. I have been looking for good Mexican food and this place is the best. I came here for a Holiday dinner with my company and had to come back! The Cadillac margaritas are the best in town. The bartender, Carlos whom I met on my second time here is very personable and knows how to make margaritas! It’s hard to find a place that makes a good margarita. If you drink margaritas you know what I mean. But again the food is top notch. I totally recommend this place.

Our experience was beyond horrible, we were we the only ones there for dinner last night and the food took nearly an hour to come out. Upon arrival it was so disgusting, including an enchilada filled with only sour cream topped with burned cheese and green chili. My husband and friend ordered tacos that were dry and filled with mystery meat. The kids meal of chicken looked like old McDonalds nuggets. My mother and father shared a plate and didn’t even finish it because of the lack luster taste. It was a complete waste of money, and disappointment across the board. Not to mention it was about 85 degrees and uncomfortable for everyone.

Went here during the summer. Was a nice place downtown. Got seated right away and the drinks were refreshing!! Ordered the Fajitas. They were okay as it lacked that flavor and was almost bland. But all our orders were right and we really didn't have to ask for refills. Overall it was a good experience eating here. Would come back and try something else on the menu.

My wife and I had dinner yesterday - a Friday Night - for happy hour. We had a terrific server named Jamie, who was really helpful. We ordered a Chicken Fajitah and 1 extra Chicken Enchilada with extra sour cream and guacamole. Service was fast, the food was really good, and the happy hour beer and wine was inexpensive and tasty. We ran into 2 other couples we know having dinner and we were all delighted with the evening.

My husband and I had dinner there last night. The food was excellent. The tamales and red sauce were the best I have had in a long time. The Cadillac margarita was very tasty. The service was great! Our server, Jamie, was attentive, friendly, and informative.
