The people working were very sweet! They checked in on us several times. They forgot something in our order, but apologized and made it fresh for us! We will definitely be coming back here again! Great customer service!

Used to deal with Freddy's a lot in Denver. Way better than this location to say the least. As you can see in one of the pictures it clearly states free original double when you download the app so I got out of line, sat aside to get the app downloaded. Once I downloaded the app I got back in line and asked how to claim the deal they're advertising. After hearing the hole I have to talk with my manager thing I was told after 4 minutes of holding the lineup there was nothing they could do. Not sure what the manager's name is but I have been a manager in retail many years myself and in these situations when somebody says they're from out of town and they are trying to claim a deal. Usually it's just better to give it to the customer to keep them happy and the line flowing. Came out super salty after all the upset. Other Freddy's locations I might recommend. This one however I might advise to stay away from. Kids on the grill unfortunately don't know what they're doing and the management is so so. Read my other reviews I have no problem praising a business when they do well but I have no problem putting them down when they don't meet expectations.
Parking: Maybe 15 spots. Fairly hard to figure out the layout of this locations drive thru unless you're familiar with. The Dunkin' Donuts parking lot makes it a little confusing being so close.

I love seeing Issac, Andrea and Megan when we come for lunch. They always have a smile, are so friendly and take the time to talk with us. Why we keep coming back. Food is great and our sundaes are beautiful and yummy.
