I’m visiting Durango from the Philippines and heard they have amazing burgers. However, we were truly disappointed by the incredibly cold service we received. The servers are very rude. I’d recommend checking out the local ramen house nearby.
First time visiting the Durango Downtown branch. Unfortunately, it was an unpleasant experience. We had a large order. The order was taken incorrectly it turns out. However, when the order was delivered, my sister-in-law said, “I think we got the wrong order”. She was polite in saying it. The server, this guy, said “it’s not my problem”. It felt like it was said rudely. A series of back and forth exchanges happened involving the guy cursing. We asked for the manager. It turns out that he was the manager when he said, “too bad, I am the manager”! We were just asking for a refund. Eventually the owner came and was more cordial in addressing the situation and resolving the issue. I would recommend the restaurant, maybe just not the customer service.
Pretty good burgers. Fries were almost too salty but tasted good. I wish I didn’t have to order through door dash because it made the order over $10 more expensive.

Just added this restaurant to our favorites so we can come back again next month when we’re here for the Polar Express train ride!

Good place for a burger. Fries were good but a but over cooked. The shakes were sooo yummy! Loved sitting on the patio outside. Good fast service.

Quality of ingredients maybe decreased! EDIT: The buns don't look or taste like the glossy brioche buns anymore! I could be wrong ofc. Thank you for reaching out :)

Wooden or metal seats. Tip option when you pay but it's basically self service other than when they bring your food. Definitely not worth the 20% we tipped

The burgers here are very good. The servers were also all very friendly. I’ll definitely be returning. They were also very accommodating with my child’s order.

Be careful, the girl with blonde hair and works at cash register, she is very fond of petting the dogs and she doesn't wash her hands and gives out the glasses with dog slobber

The burger itself is a decent burger, sweet potato fries are standard issue. The service was good. And all fountain drinks are the company's own recipe.

Grassburger in Durango is fine for a quick burger night, but I wasn't entirely convinced. The burgers didn't seem made with much love and the iced tea I ordered tasted more like water. The price is around $12 for a burger and a drink without a menu.
