GRASSBURGER (DGO South)

We usually love the burgers but this time the flies that had taken over the restaurant ruined everything for us. As well as having two bottom buns on the burger. All the tables were dirty as well. Won’t be back.

They deliver our burgers to another customer who just took them. Employees didn't look at the numbers on the table half polite apology.

The food is pretty good. The portions are still small for what you pay. The biggest problem we keep having going there is the last 3 out of my last 4 visits here the keep screwing up my order. Make sure you get a receipt because they argued with me about the order of chipotle mayo and what exactly I ordered. Someone while I was there ordered a to go meal and came back frustrated shortly after leaving with the wrong order. So, I wasn’t the only one it happened to even during my visit.

This place needs to be cleaned. We couldn’t find a clean table, you can see where children have been running their greasy hands along the outside patio walls, the ketchup bottles were grimy, and then you have to push the nasty trash can door open to throw away your trash.

Other than that, the food was good. 😉

Just great! Service and greeting were top notch and the good only made the experience better! I had the Green Chile Jack Bowl with bison - UNBELIEVABLE! Keep up the work! Can’t wait to eat here when we come back!!

I have been an avid fan for forever. And tonight I paid to have it delivered and my order is completely screwed up. Missing fries. Pickles and tomatoes even though they were asked to be left off. It’s right on the receipt. Your food is really good. Your service and lack of consistency is just too much. This continues to happen and it’s just too many times. I call and complain and no one cares and now I call and they say they are closed 8 minutes before they are suppose to so no one can address my issue. It’s a bummer we use to take everyone from out of town there
