“If you ever have the opportunity to visit Perbacco be prepared for the most amazing experience! After a long morning of sight seeing we stopped in for what we thought would be a quick slice of pizza. We ended up staying hours! The owner, Paolo, is THE KINDEST man! He brought us into the kitchen to show us how to make pizza, brought out different kinds and had us join his family at their table. We had the best conversation with he and his daughter. The Bianca pizza is to die for. I wish we could travel back to Copenhagen just for this pizza. He also taught us about the slow rise and high quality grains are easier in digestion. I was shocked this pizza did not hurt my stomach. Long overdue post but so grateful for THE highlight of our Denmark trip being this completely unplanned, amazing experience at Perbacco! Thank you Paolo.“
