Accidentally got potato salad instead of the pesto pasta that I ordered for a delivery. They were so professional and kind and delivered me 2 pastas to make up for the error . You guys are amazing and I thank you! (Because that pesto pasta is the bomb!!)

Went in there a few weeks ago. It was late and we had a long day so my husband didn't pay attention to the total. He just trusted the young lady at the register. He shouldn't have. She charged us 37 dollars for 2 combo meals. I should of known she was up to no good because she didn't offer us a receipt until we were walking out of the restaurant. Exhausted my husband just said "no". Makes you wonder what she did with the extra she charged. Maybe, she thought we were tourist and didn't think we would be back. If so, she was partially right. We are locals and will not be back.

I love this place but unfortunately they've got to the card terminal demanding a tip when you order. You must choose "other" then enter 0.00 to not tip. I don't tip at restaurants where your order standing up.
The way it's setup implies you just tip, rather than it being optional. I won't be returning again, unfortunately.

Always clean inside and super friendly but just once I'd love them to get my order right. This is a copy of my other review but eat here! I gave them five stars but it whoever hires most of the help gets all of the credit because they definitely emphasize service because even though it's not always accurate, the employees are always awesome -- in particular Ian and Lucas. In spite of the great service, it helps to watch them make your sandwich if they're not busy because these guys are so busy that they're on autopilot and don't always notice if one strays from the normal ingredients. First the guy put mayo on my sub and after I pointed it out, it tried to put vinegar and oil on it but I caught him again but in fixing that, he removed the onion that he'd already put on and I had to ask him for that. I took my eyes off of the guy to pay my bill and he forgot the peppers. It's frustrating because it's written down right in front of them. Regardless, they're friendly and accommodating and I'd recommend this store above any other sandwich shoppe in town but if you resort to "brand X," go to their south store in town and hope that Michale or Gene are working. As far as JJ in Durango goes, stop and eat and tip well because these guys are top notch and I recommend JJ with all of my heart!

Really nice place with great staff. I had placed a pickup order before I started driving over. Since I had put my phone out of sight I wasn't aware the staff there were trying to call me to let me know there wasn't any french bread available yet. When I got to the place they let me know they tried calling and that it was going to be about a 15 minute wait until the bread was done baking. My fiancé and I decided to wait since we had come from Cortez and I really didn't want to cook. They were quick in getting our sandwiches ready once the bread was out of the oven, and even brought the sandwiches over to us thanking us for waiting! I wish I had gotten the employees name that were working at the time since they were kind and took the extra step to try and call me before arriving.
