I used Jimmy John's for a business Lunch presentation. I worked with Zachery for my order. Zachery was excellent and assisted me greatly in getting together my order and having enough food and the appropriate food choices. He put together my order and it was ready when I came to pick it up. The meeting was a great success in large part because of the professional way Zachery took care of me. (The food was tasty too) I highly recommend Zachery and Jimmy John's in Durango!

Why does the bread taste like it’s undercooked lately? I went there today and about a month ago, both times the bread was like soggy and tasted like raw dough, I didn’t want to keep eating it after a few bites and I don’t live in Durango so won’t be going here for awhile.

They got my order wrong. I got a sweet tea and they gave me a lemonade and then I got a plain turkey cheese sandwich and they added everything on that I specifically did not ask for.

Go to Tom’s deli instead.
They’ve almost never gotten my order correct, usually it’s a normal sandwich with 3 modifications, no cheese, extra peppers, leave all the bread in. Today I just wanted a slim tuna sandwich with some extra tuna, one ingredient and just more of it basically, was asked if I wanted cheese added as well and said no. They gave me double cheese. This sandwich doesn’t even come with cheese normally.
Please train your employees to read tickets.

We are visiting Durango and decided to get a takeout sandwich from Jimmy John's. We are not familiar with the product but this was a great place to be introduced to it. The lady that took my order was a wonderful person. She is a real plus for this location. They prepared our Italian sandwich just the way we wanted. It was one delicious sandwich with lots of quality ingredients. It was a meal in itself. Our experience has made us Jimmy John fans. We plan to be back before we leave Durango.
Wow, they got everything right on my delivery this time. It was perfect!~ :) I was just missing the occasional straw or just other relatively small order details from time to time. But management was always so kind to take my feedback and improve. You guys are doing great, and I really appreciate it and the attention to detail. Accidentally got potato salad instead of the pesto pasta that I ordered for a delivery. They were so professional and kind and delivered me 2 pastas to make up for the error . You guys are amazing and I thank you! (Because that pesto pasta is the bomb!!)
