The food was not very authentic. We got the frybread burger and tamales. The burger was good, and the frybread was not what I'm used to for native frybread. The tamales tasted from a can. The rice mixture was over seasoned with chili spice. The beans had no flavor or even salt. The french fries were the best thing!! It's a cute place and the staff was friendly.
This place used to be in the mall in Farmington NM back in the late 80s and the food still tastes the same that is what you call consistent! The hot green is hot! Good food friendly service
Love the spiciness of the hot green and red chili here! Don't worry, they do have a milder version if hot isn't your thing... This is a family-owned and run reataurant that has been in Durango longer than I can remember. It's a spot loved by locals - I always see old friends here when I visit! I always get the Navajo Taco because it's so good.
