Macho's Fast Mexican Food - North

The women at the counter is just super rude with so many customers including myself. If you order a medium horchata without ice she will fill it halfway and say you have to pay to fill the rest up because she is only allowed give give you a certain portion. I found it to be ridiculous and asked for her name so I can talk to the manager and her reply was no I'm the owner so don't even bother calling I'll hang up. I told her that was terrible service and greedy of her to fill my medium size cup only halfway and want to charge me to fill it up all the way. Why pay for a medium when you just going to fill it up like a small size. No discount on the drink for no ice at least? Terrible service. Been going there for years but now me and my family refuse to ever give them our business. In times like this we need to stand up to these terrible business owners. We have the money which gives us the power over them. Do not give Machos your money. Do not support her terrible service to other human beings.

Great place to grab a bite fast service grab a burrito and bounce .

The challenge brought me in. I did not attempt it, but wanted to check the place out since I saw the videos online. Food was okay, service is non existent. You walk up to the counter, order food yourself, then they ask for a tip. Atmosphere has so much potential but you can tell doesn’t have any real care to make it great. Overall, it’s not horrible and “disgusting” like some of these reviews say it is but it really isn’t anything special. In my opinion, it’s over priced. There are some other Mexican restaurants in Durango that have a better price to quality to quantity ratio.

Customer service has declined, especially when the manager is there. Ask and pay for double meat and they take meat out. Resteraunt has become sad. Dont recommend them whatsoever. You just overpay for everything.

This place is garbage. Watery salsa, leathery chicken. I wouldn’t wish it on an enemy. Save yourself and go to one of the other great restaurants in town.

Mostly very good but don't order chips with cheese sauce..

This is the worst Mexican food ever.
So salty and bland. The salsa is water.

They got my order wrong, charged me for Items I did not recieve, and the cook was not open to requests.
I was over charged and did not receive all of my food and I live 30 minutes from durango. Highly disappointed, I try to call back and 3 times the phone just rang and rang with no answer. Also when I went in there were no other customers or orders in the two people working were setting on their phones.
No excuse to overcharge me and mess up my order, will not be returning as it looks like the ownership does nothing to rectify a negative experience from customers.
