For some reason they tell people they’re closed at 12am but close at 1am can’t make burgers cause the grill is shut down. Employees spilling drinks on customers. Waiting a ridiculous amount of time for one meal. They don’t cook your fries fresh either seems like its reheated after already being cooked and sat too long. Never will I go back to this location. Worst customer services ever!!

This McDonalds sucks, and the old white lady that brings orders to tables needs to check her attitude. I ordered 6 dollar meal, it took over 20 minutes to come out so I went up and asked if they knew when it might be ready. The lady brushed me off by saying she can only handle one order at a time (it was a simple question and she could have looked at the screen to let me know if my order was next or not) and when my food finally came out she had the nerve to tell me that I shouldn't have come in on such a busy day..... It's not my fault that lady has no real life skills and works in fast food still. Telling a customer they shouldn't have come in would immediately get you fired if I were the manager.

As many have already said, this mcd's should be avoided like the plague!!! They advertise a 24-hour drive-through as a JOKE! The other Durango, CO location is less than desirable, but the 37 Zyme Rock Rd. store is completely useless!!! I bet they won't even stay open for a year!

If I could leave zero stars I would! This is by far the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to. We waited 27 minutes for our food while the staff screwed around laughing and walking around while there were 8 people waiting for food.

Food came out hot and fresh didnt wait to long. Just the RR didn't have a changing station for our 1 yrs old daughter, no trash can in the RR I dont like air dryer prefer paper towels. But all in all it was okay.

10+ minutes to place order at drive through. Another 5/10 minutes to pay and for the order to be handed to you. Mobile orders are just as slow. Breakfast sandwich came out lukewarm - every other location I’ve been to has the food piping hot. Thankfully this location is next to a Maverik gas station that has a microwave for customers to use. Overall, a disappointing experience.
Got food order wrong waited 20 minutes before helped out about it then the manager or whatever she is was rude all hell no respect for her customers I won’t be coming back again ever again had better service at a bar then I did here tonight

I literally ALWAYS order a WELL DONE mcchicken and they almost NEVER make it well done. The manager has spoken to my partner before and has told the entire team to make my food the way I ask for it because I work in the area and don't have time to return during my 30 minute lunch. I'm disappointed in the team for blatantly ignoring everything they've been told several times.

Why I give this McDonald’s a second chance is beyond me! What happened to the good managers they once had! Elias is not only rude but disrespectfully hangs up on people! What kind of manager does that to people who pay your salary! Simple POS system! Where is the training and the customer service! People sometime drive 20 mins for a quick meal. But sadly we choose this location! Why don’t you like what you do! You all get paid enough to provide great customer service! Does this location actually like being below par!?
