Lori helps me a lot with curbside pick up. She is an extremely valuable asset and deserves recognition. Even on bad days she has an infectious smile that can’t help turn it around a bit! Keep up the good work!

Took forever. Ordered a Big Mac. Came with just meat and cheese. Staff looked like they were backed up to the teeth, but not overflowing with customers or anything. Still ate it because I was starving after the long wait.

There were a couple of workers in the back, but the only way to order is the kiosk.

It's a brand new McDonald's, it's clean and beautiful and so far I've always gotten great service here!

When we got to the parking lot, there was only 2 cars. Inside there was 3 people waiting for their food. One stated he waited 20 minutes just for a drink and the other stated he waited almost an hour for his $1 menu food and a drink. We got our food within 15 minutes after ordering but the food was so cold. Fries were cold, burnt and hard to bite. Only good thing we got was the chicken nuggets. Our friend so ordered their $7 meal deal and his chicken sandwich was cold with a big glop of Mayo just on top of the chicken. Even the buns were cold. It was so gross. The workers didn’t acknowledge anyone that was in the dine in area. The manager didn’t care about the service and food as well. It was so sad for a fast food place. Don’t recommend eating here.

This McDonald sucks!! Very slow service! There was a guy that waited for a large drink for 20mins ! And we ordered our food and took them 20mins and they just all stand around and the lobby was dirty! Tables and chairs and floors ! It was sad looking place! Mangers need to step up or hire New managers that will do the job! SMH our fries were all over cooked and hard and my crispy chicken sandwich had no pickles on it!! And chicken was over cooked and hard! And My husband double cheese burger had too much mayo I mean over kill mayo!! Was gross! Only thing that was right was the nuggets! So we just ate that and trashed everything! I don’t know who the manager was but if it’s that young guy , well he was kinda rude and just walk around and didn’t do nothing! The place wasn’t even busy and took them so long to make the food and clean the lobby! SMH! Well not coming back here for awhile . No wonder they have a few stars !! Well hope they change it soon! Top that they weren’t friendly! We didn’t get a welcome or hello! Nothing!

We still had a twenty minute wait. But for the first time in a very long my food came out hot and fresh. And Jason was hustling rushing food out to guest with a smile on his face. Its the most ive seen an employee engage with customers since the new registrars were installed

Super slow, nothing comes out right, and I'm not trying to be mean here: the kid at the drive through needs some education on personal hygiene. His nails were absolutely disgusting, we didn't even eat our food

Although the fries were not hot and fresh like we come to expect from McDonalds. The guy who took our order Will was AWESOME. He was personable and super funny. I would come back here just for his witty banter.

This new location started off fantastic, service, food, everything was excellent... Then they must've had high turnover, lost a manager, or something drastic. Wait times have drastically increased, food quality has dropped, and just today I left the drive through because the individual taking my order didn't understand what a Number 2 with cheese medium combo was... 5 minutes of attempting to walk this person through my order I left and went somewhere else down the road.

I ordered through the drive-through and they told me to pull forward, around 20 minutes later I called in about my order. Where she told me that they’re just backed up and hung up on me. However, there’s been 10 cars that have already passed and gotten their orders.
