This place really sucks. I'm going to be honest. You really don't get what you order or you end up waiting for a while. It's not the best in Durango. I just recommend the other McDonald's.

Lady at the window had no business taking orders. I’m sure she was training but she was up there by herself. Took 15 minutes to get the order correct and then I sat at the window to pay for another 20 minutes before driving off. So much for fast food.

The guy working there during the lunch rush today in the lobby was working so hard and putting in so much effort to reach customer satisfaction.
I appreciate how much effort he was putting in despite the stressful and busy atmosphere. He was working fast and diligently. He also maintained a kind attitude towards customers while busy.

I got a unblended strawberry banana smoothie and it was disgusting and covered in melted ice cream. I’ve also had a friend get a CHICKEN SANDWICH and it had rubbery cheese on it that they didn’t ask for. It’s always a 50/50 if you’re gonna have messed up food or missing food. Terrible place, never should’ve been built in the first place. We need more local restaurants and not horrendous, greasy, and disgusting places like this one.

Took forever. Ordered a Big Mac. Came with just meat and cheese. Staff looked like they were backed up to the teeth, but not overflowing with customers or anything. Still ate it because I was starving after the long wait.
