This used to be one of the top performing McDonalds in the country. Now this is one horrible excus for a McDonalds. There is never anyone at the front and getting one of the ohhh so many workers to acknowledge you is near impossible. It IS IMPOSSIBLE to get a manager to say anything to you. Orders take forever and instead of informing the customer of wait time the workers just stand there talking loudly about what cartoon character they found attractive. Don't you guys have a QSCV? Aren't times supposed to be at 90 seconds. God you guys are loosing money being so slow now. Don't eat here unless you got time to waste. A lot of time.

Nice location of this mcd right beside the parking lot of narrow gauge railroad. The food served warm however the beverage taste was horrible. The staff is nice and the seating area is almost clean. Their restroom requires attention and orders can be placed on the kiosks present inside. Overall a nice mcd for quick serve food and beverage.

There were only 4 people working around the holidays the evening we ran in. They were short staffed but still they need to be a little more sanitary. There was a young man that we could all see while waiting for food that was opening the burgers with his bare hands (no gloves). He would open the burgers and make sure they were to go in the order he had. There was trash and food all over the floor in the cooking area as well as the lobby area. Also the two times we went in, there was nobody to take orders so I had to help an older man that had never used a kiosk. Pretty nasty!

This place needs a new owner and close it until then! Cold food, trash everywhere on floor and tables, no water in women’s bath, rude employees, chicken small processed patty, cold chicken wrap….was told it would take 8 minutes for a fresh one!!! Worst experience we’ve ever had at a McDonald’s! I won’t return!

Zero Counter Service. It's fast food, so it's good as fast food. Service through the drive thru is great, you can speak to a person if you need. Service at the counter is next to impossible to receive, but that is the automated corporate structure, not the fault of the staff. McDonald's, you should have some way that customers can contact/speak with staff inside. You basically have to loudly ask and wave your arms to get someone to notice you at the counter. It's embarrassing and frustrating. I've seen many customers frustrated with trying to get Service at the counter inside. You need to do better. Bring back a position that works the counter.

This used to be my favorite McDonald’s in the Southwest, always timely and the food is McDonald’s, so no complaints there. In the last year however, this place has become awful. My wait times for food have increased by at least 4 fold, the customer service has been substantially worse, and on top of that there’s a new McDonald’s out in three springs that I find myself at more often than not. I’ve probably gotten food from this McDonald’s 500 times in the course of 4 years living here, yet I find myself driving to three springs because it’s somehow faster than waiting for 45 minutes-a hour in the drive thru at this location. It’s ridiculous to think a fast food chain that’s literal business model is cheap food served quickly isn’t quick or really that cheap anymore. I’ve met the Bronson family more than once, and I believe they can run a good business, but I hope they realize what has happened to this McDonald’s in the last year or so, and make changes accordingly. Shame to see a business I frequent so often that’s a staple of durango go to essentially crap. If you want food near McDonald’s, I would recommend literally anywhere else, the food may be more expensive at the 20 other restaurants within a 3 minute walk, however it doesn’t take a hour to arrive, and it’s not McDonald’s food. Anyways I just hope this location pulls it together, it’s been a staple of my diet, social life, and daily life for near 4 years now.
