Excellent food and menu. Delicious signature cocktails as well. We had dinner on a fairly busy Saturday night and the service was phenomenal. I would recommend visiting the Mineshaft when staying at Tamaron or nearby.
Ordered breakfast to go--the southwest eggs benedict, which was really good (we only wish there was more egg with it), which came with a SOLID portion of really good potatoes, and a delicious coffee cake. Helpful staff, too. Maybe not the coziest place to sit in compared to the lodge nearby--I recommend to-go.
We waited over 30 minutes for our order only to learn that all the orders in the small dining area had never been delivered to the kitchen. How does that happen?? So we had to wait another 15 minutes for our entree. No compensation was given to us, plus we were charged a fee for splitting an entree without being told of the fee beforehand. If we lived in this area, we would never visit this restaurant again, but since we were just passing through we gladly know this is not an...
