We enjoyed the people but a young woman bartender refused to wait on me or my husband and we don’t know why. She ignored us every time we tried to order, even with no one else waiting, so our son and daughter had to order for us. We also all signed up for karaoke and were never called up after 3 hours, even after we checked and were always told we were next so some weird stuff that made us feel unwelcomed but the patrons were nice

We are on vacation and enjoyed our time in this bar, chatting with locals and the bar tender. The drinks were cheap and the music was great. It was nice to sit in the open windows looking out on to the street and to see the sights and sounds of downtown Durango. But it was the bartender who really made our visits enjoyable. I am sorry I didn't get his name but he's from Chicago and he was a really warm and friendly guy who made us feel relaxed and welcome. Our thanks to him.

Lawd! Thought new owner would have a bit more of a “new” outlook. Changing of tables and. Curtains. Awesome! But smoking or allowed of any type of smoking. Naaaa turn off. Smoking, smell of weed. Is a no go for me. Yea. Can we actually make a “change” time will tell. I’ve given this place many chances as a local. Candles burning with intimate booths great start but letting whomever inside is “ummm”

Best bar in Durango hands down. They offer a diverse array of drinks paired with a variety of events throughout the week. The bartenders take their job seriously and are very friendly. As an out-of-towner I never feel like a tourist here. Wonderful place with a wonderful crowd. Props to Andrew for being a killer bartender. <3

Went to the every Monday Comedy night for the first time. Good and relatively inexpensive drinks. Decent finger food. Variable comedy, but an A for effort!
It’s a really fun bar because of the people who go here. The service however is terrible. The bartender had a serious attitude problem. I get that bartenders have to deal with a lot, but if you can’t handle this type of job or interact with people, then you shouldn’t be working as a bartender. I don’t think I’ll be coming back purely because of the way I was treated and will make sure to steer my friends away as well.

I wish I knew his name but the guy dressed as shrek took care of us all night long after getting proposed with various drinks and always made sure we had what we needed. Absolutely visit and chill until closing!

The person in charge of the karaoke is the worst they've had in years, aggressively begging for tips. Whoever that guy was in charge on September 4th, 2024 was horrible. We're there to pay and get drinks from the bartender and enjoy the night but he gave us a hard time trying not to play my song just because it's 10 minute long. Does he not know there's an army of Swifties out there who would love to listen to that song?? Swifties, this place is not for you. Especially if that is the guy in charge of karaoke. We ended up tipping $7 for a song. To that guy in charge of karaoke, do your job and stop begging people to tip you when you're job is just to choose a song on YouTube. You're not a bartender.

They literally don’t have cold beer… they served me a warm beer. I took it back and asked for a cold beer - I was told by bartender that they don’t have any.
