Frida's Mexican Restaurant & Cantina

This is now my new favorite Mexican food place in Durango. Food was fantastic. The Tierra y Mar burrito and queso fundido were 10/10. The servers were very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!

My wife and I always share the beef taquito appetizer along with a giant margarita. Consistently perfect every time. Of course the warm fresh chips with salsa are always delicious as well.

This is a lovely place--the staff are warm and welcoming. They are helpful with questions. The food was delicious and the salsa served complimentary had the perfect amount of heat and flavor. Love my experience!

Food is always delicious. I got the carnitas plate and my boyfriend got quesabirria tacos. It was amazing.

My boyfriend loves their horchata. Their service is top notch. Very attentive waiters. And the music was spot on. I liked the decorations inside and on the tables.

Had a truly intimate experience with the enchiladas and quesabirria. Only complaint is that there were no private rooms available to make sweet sweet love to this food. Food so good it got me feeling like we back in the Obama administration. Food so good I need to be helicoptered out of this joint. The three year anniversary I came here to celebrate pales in comparison to this food.

Food was just ok. Service was subpar, it took almost 20 mins after being seated just to put in an order. We have 4 different waitress/waiter walk pass our table. We will not come back. As locals, this place us to be good.

Pretty okay food and beautiful atmosphere, WHAT TURNED ME OFF AND kinda all together ruined the experience for me was seeing AI generated slop on my menu. The whole menu, including the alcohol menu was filled with ai slop. And this is a FRIDA based restaurant- FRIDA?? An actually artist. I’m disappointed as an artist and as a customer going to an artist themed restaurant. I won’t be coming back unless they change their menu unfortunately:(
