Bartender (black hair/tattoos/eyeliner/grew up in bayfield) served us, it was during the hill climb- every restaurant had lines out the door including this place. They were very understaffed considering the event taking place, she handled everything really well, and was great to us.

Burned pizza? I guess that explains the long wait. The BBQ Mac & Cheese was pretty good but the pizza wasn’t edible. I am going to the School House for pizza from now on.

Been going to Paradise Pizzeria in Pugatory for many, many years. Been very pleased until this year. Thought they might have been under new management…nope. Took FOREVER for our food (waitress was good), which would have been OK if the pizza would have been good. They weren’t even that busy. Without a doubt, the WORST pizza we have EVER had, anywhere. Large supreme. Asked to leave off black olives (that didn’t work). Toppings were VERY sparse and OVER cooked. We could NOT eat the exterior crush it was SO HARD. Extremely disappointed. Told another waitress how disappointed we were (I was very polite with my complaint), her response, sorry, don’t come at lunch time. NO worries, that will be our last visit. The only reason they got one star was because I couldn’t give them NO stars.

Came on a summer Saturday for a quick bite between hiking and camping. What a horrible experience. We sat outside the main area with our dogs, because a large sign posted stated services dogs only. Told staff where we were and were told it would be brought over, 40 mins later found out it was sitting in the warmer. Absolutely horrible , dry, overpriced pizza. We paid $50 for the pizza and two flat beers- bartender said the lines were bad. We weren’t offered a refund. Resort prices for this horrible meal and service.

Pizza was alright, I’d rather go to other pizza spots. Customer service was not the best either. I wish if would have picked up a names but a guy working there was the only host/waiter that was nice and doing his job.
We went in 3 times until someone said finally said hi to us and they will be with us shortly.
When we ordered at 8pm the guy helping was more than happy to help us. A lady rushed at him and got mad at him for placing an order even though the place closed at 9pm.

We ordered a pizza and a salad. When we asked for Parnassian cheese they said they were out. And when we asked for ranch for our salad they were out as well…… super disappointed after being my first time here at the resort.

Really nice area. Food took an eternity to come out. The pizza was terrible and the order was wrong. The plates were dirty. So much more I could say. I could have had Papa John’s delivered from Denver quicker.

Pizza is bellow average, service was best part. They really do try. Atmosphere was bellow average and they should invest few $$ to renovate...I don't get 70's vibe.

We ate here 3 days on our week visit. It was easy to order while kids swam at the pool to cool off from a long hot July jam packed day. The pizza was awesome and staff super nice.
