Food sucks, worst pizza I've ever had in Durango colorado. Even the person helping me was rude and yelling at someone on the phone. I will never go back again!! Really wasted my time and money for nasty pizza.

Terrible! We ordered delivery and when we got our pizza it was undercooked and uneditable. I had called the store and the lady said she could remake it and we could pick it up. I lost my appetite after tasting the 1st round of pizza. I just wanted my refund and she said she could not help me and to call in the morning. I was disappointed and unsatisfied with the service and food. I will not order from here again.

Everything was great and good. Pizza got here faster than expected, but driver left just as fast. We didn't get one of our pizzas, and had to drive to the location to get the missing pizza. Also got a Pepsi we didn't order and asked for boneless wings and got bones. Check your order before the delivery guy leaves.

Ron, the new night mgr is the magic that Durango Pizza Hut needed. He is sharp, on the ball and producing the best, quality Pizza Hut Pizza. (I deleted my previous poor pizza review) Kudos to Ron and his staff and give Ron a raise as soon as you can!

What?! I'm sorry, but this is TOO complicated. Now, I'm pissed. I'm the customer, and things are supposed to be about me, in just a simple and decent fair way, not the Uber Drivers, or how busy the manager is who isn't listening to me clearly, because he's too busy to take the time (because he's too busy!), before interrupting me or running over what I'm trying to say. God, I can't stand it anymore.

After driving home 30 minutes out of Durango we found out one pepperoni pizza was burnt, the pepperoni with buffalo sauce was missing the buffalo sauce and the BBQ chicken was missing the BBQ with a few small chunks of chicken sprinkled on. The crust was so rubbery my jaw hurt after one piece.
Drove to visit Durango from Corpus Christi to have a middle age person with lots of nose rings tell me they were closed. The door was open and didn't even get a hello. First words, " what are you here for? We're closed." Never expect to be greeted like that ever. A business owner myself, I would have that fixed instantly.

Ordered a pesto pizza, got delivered without a single drop of pesto. Called to see if I can get a credit but they wouldn’t help with a pizza they made just because it was delivered with Uber Eats. It’s not Uber Eats fault for an incomplete pizza. Just wanted a partial future credit.

The pizza was deliberately cut in the middle and sold off as a full pizza. I called the service line and they deny this since there is 8 slices. Of coarse there are still 8 slices but now they are smaller slices. They ended up not investigating further, what a surpise, so I guess beware because this location likes to steal your pizza whenever they are hungry.

Shout out to the Manager Clayton for helping feed our 32 soccer kids traveling from out of town! We came in late and he didn’t leave us hanging after an “unnamed” competitor canceled our order 45 minutes after placing our order because they were understaffed! Thank you and your staff!
