I'm the customer, and things are supposed to be about me, in just a simple and decent fair way, not the Uber Drivers, or how busy the manager is who isn't listening to me clearly, because he's too busy to take the time (because he's too busy!), before interrupting me or running over what I'm trying to say. God, I can't stand it anymore.

After driving home 30 minutes out of Durango we found out one pepperoni pizza was burnt, the pepperoni with buffalo sauce was missing the buffalo sauce and the BBQ chicken was missing the BBQ with a few small chunks of chicken sprinkled on. The crust was so rubbery my jaw hurt after one piece.

Drove to visit Durango from Corpus Christi to have a middle age person with lots of nose rings tell me they were closed. The door was open and didn't even get a hello. First words, " what are you here for? We're closed." Never expect to be greeted like that ever. A business owner myself, I would have that fixed instantly.

Ordered a pesto pizza, got delivered without a single drop of pesto. Called to see if I can get a credit but they wouldn’t help with a pizza they made just because it was delivered with Uber Eats. It’s not Uber Eats fault for an incomplete pizza. Just wanted a partial future credit.

The pizza was deliberately cut in the middle and sold off as a full pizza. I called the service line and they deny this since there is 8 slices. Of coarse there are still 8 slices but now they are smaller slices. They ended up not investigating further, what a surpise, so I guess beware because this location likes to steal your pizza whenever they are hungry.

Shout out to the Manager Clayton for helping feed our 32 soccer kids traveling from out of town! We came in late and he didn’t leave us hanging after an “unnamed” competitor canceled our order 45 minutes after placing our order because they were understaffed! Thank you and your staff!

Do not order from here. Pizza comes cold and is delivered by a third party. They do not inform you until after you have orderd your pizza and have been waiting on the delivery that it's coming via third party. When you call they either just don't answer or hang up on you. They also refused my right to speak with the manager. Never again will I go to pizza hut. The way the treat there customers is appalling.

The lady that took my order was rude, she’s blond kinda short and she had a hat and glasses.

Ordered online carry out a big dinner box and a dessert. Says online 15 mins guarantee and online said my order was ready within 8 mins, waited 50 mins for cold Pizza. Missing my dessert, ranch I paid 4$ for, and chz. When I called to tell them about my missing dessert the lady was extremely rude! Tried to argue that I didn't order a dessert at all then read out loud the ticket and saw. Told her the pizza was also cold for waiting for 50 mins and she agreued with that as well. Said they can't do anything but give a tiny credit. I don't want a credit from them cause I will never return! Next time I won't tip 15% before I know how the customer service is.

Ordered online, the order said it had been dropped off, but it did not get dropped off. Lights were on windows open waiting for delivery guy, no hint of movement outside. Phone shut off at 10pm it sounds like so order dropped 10:02 called at 10:05 for no answer after checking with neighbors. Will be contacting during business hours for a refund.
